Wawa — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I order a drink and tobacco at 2 am with my debit card, the guy at the cashier did a mistake and it show fraud at the system and he asked me to give him my debit card and then he didn’t want to return it back to me and he call the police, I told him that’s my debit card and I’m buying tobacco anyway you should ask my ID and you can see the name on the debit card is the same name on my ID and you have no right to hold it and he call the police on me, anyway police came which it was the first time someone call police on me, the officer told him that’s a debit card and he showed you his ID you shouldn’t call the police, I wake my lawyer at 2am and my family really got so worry about me, and the cashier said my card shows fraud and I told him my card nothing wrong with it, I called my bank they told me also nothing wrong with my account at all and they send me an email that my account has money on it and all good and I showed them even my online bank account , I just want to know why is that ? No respect at all, I always buy from them gas and grocery and I have wawa credit card also, always talk with respect never had any problem at all and that what I got...

Terrible for late night orders. 3 times in a row now they didn’t have my order ready even though I purposely came 20 mins after the “ready time” I asked why and every time they say because the order prints to the front of the store and the person up front doesn’t tell the people at the deli about the order….. I don’t understand why the order wouldn’t print to the back in the first place. I’ve also never gotten an apology or anything today I got a melted smoothie and was told “I’ll start the waffle now”

Update: the workers acted annoyed again that I simply had a number for my order. The shorter black guy was mad that I didn’t goto the counter first even though my order was paid. Went to the counter and he couldn’t find my order (because it was paid) and the order that I pointed out that had been sitting there the whole time was my order, even though they said it wasn’t

Update: every time I order in the app they give me a blank face every time I come in to pick it up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER OFF MY APP THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT FIND MY ORDER BUT THEN MYSTERIOUSLY FIND IT AFTER 15 minutes....

Went to Wawa Belvedere rd near the airport and I 95 today a little after 2pm to get a salad before work the wait was long with a empty store and what the person did to make my salad made me wanted to throw up, they need to teach these employees handling people's food, proper way to handle the food, the same gloves made the sandwich before, then hold the pots, go on the draws hold everything else and still using the same dirty gloves to take up the vegetables and everything else that needs to be added, hold the bread and cut it with the same dirty gloves, are these people trained about food hygiene? That's how people end up with lysteria, diarrhea and other food borne disease, Wawa you need to train your staff, I had to throw my food in the trash, will never get anything like this there again. The store needs better management and people who wants and like their job. The male cashier there was very polite...
