"SERVICE FAILURE" I pulled into the drive-up at 8:30 on 9/10/2021 to pick up breakfast for our daughter and family before they headed back to Texas. I ordered 3 Breakfast sandwiches and four donuts, I forgot to order drinks at the drive-up speaker. When I pulled around to pick-up my food I told the young lady at the drive-up window that I forgot to order drinks and that I needed 4 coffees and 4 OJ's. She looked over at her Manager (I think his name is Nick) and he said I'd have to pull back around and get in the drive-up and go back through the line again! WOW!!! I've been going through drive-up windows for over 45 years and I have never been told to go back through the line for ANYTHING!!! That's a first! I told her that I'm a business owner and all she has to do is add the drinks to my order, she said, "I'm sorry, there's a long line!" I said, "well, that's a complaint, I'm not going back through the line for drinks!" So I paid for my food, and pulled back around and there were 7 cars in line, which would have made me 8th in line to get my drinks!!! So here I am writing a complaint against Dunkin' for a SERVICE FAILURE!!! I believe that this Dunkin' is a "Company Owned" store because a Franchise Owner would take better care of business! Read moreFirst i went threw the drive thru. The girl on the other side didnt ask what i wanted. Just ask coffee or tea. Then she said oh i through you off. And laughed about it. They didnt have any mangos for a smoothie. The guy that was at the window was very interested in asking me questions about my job and what specials i had. I work at a cell phone provider. I found this to be very rude as i was trying to enjoy time with my kids since i dont get alot of time with them. This location needs alot of work. Employees feel it a joke and should make jokes that the customer can hear over the mic. When i got my food it was cold. My latte was cold. And the two smoothies i got were ok. The girl that handed my smoothies to me was very pushy. I have worked in fast food places and i always taught my employees to treat the customer kindly. I am a manager and a training manager at my job now. I tell my employees that the customer that is coming in is helping you to pay your bills as what they buy goes towards you pay check. My daughter placed an order for a frozen caramel coffee, an iced signature caramel latte, an avacado toast with bacon and some donuts on the app. Got to speaker and told they can't make frozen coffee so we asked to have the same as signature latte and she was very rude and said they couldn't do it because it was way more expensive but more than willing to give us something cheaper as in an ice coffee. Got to window and she gave me an amount and I told her it was a mobile order, she said well excuse me. Gave us an ice coffee too strong to drink, a signature caramel latte which was just like drinking milk, an avacado toast no bacon and no donuts. I would like very much for Shannon the manager to know that there is a major problem when ordering and can't get what we paid for and we always lose money for having to get something different.
