Unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences with service here now. Iāve been happy to come back and try again, but I donāt think Iāll do that anymore. Today I ordered 2 box of Joeās at the window (I have done this before and know it takes a minute to fill up and prep). I was asked to pull forward. I was there early and only one other customer was in line at the time. I sat there for 20min and no one acknowledged me to say anything or to maybe ask me to go park. So instead, the excellent clientele was driving by flipping me off because they felt I was holding up the window behind me. After 20min I parked and went in. Everything was ready and when I told them the experience I was just told āI understandā. I think a more appropriate answer is āIām sorry in the future we will consider asking you to go ahead and parkā. If they had acknowledged me in the window for the 20min I sat there, I would have offered that option because being taunted by customers was not very enjoyable. I donāt blame the employees for client perception, but this isnāt the first time I have been left at a window with my items waiting and no one even looks my way here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a large latte mocha swirl hot (not iced) ands sat in the drive thru line for several minutes and no one came. I finally went inside the store and waited in line very patiently. When I was finally able to speak with the girl who took my order I apologetically told her that I was in the drive thru line but no one came, so came inside to get my order. I told her what my order was and she rudely turned around and proceeded to make my coffee order and moved the āicedā coffee sitting near the drive thru window in a very upset manner. She made me very ācoolā, ānot hotā coffee and it was very bitter tasting. She asked if I paid and I told her no, so she irritatedly took my card to the drive thru window register. I asked her if she added mocha to the coffee at which point she huffed and said yes and then asked if I wanted her to make another cup. She clearly was being put out so I said no thank you, added suger to my ācoldā coffee and left. No apologies for the initial debacle and very rude. Should not have had to pay for such awful coffee. I couldn't finish the coffee and threw it out....

I then proceeded and told him Iād like a large Vanilla Chai Latte and to please make sure my drink was hot. They gave me my order and I walked outside only to have to return because they gave me an extremely cold drink that wasnāt properly made. The young man took the drink and threw it away and the young lady with the purple hair walks up to him and asks whatās wrong and he told her I said I want a hot drink and itās cold. They both felt it was appropriate to discuss me and get upset because I asked for a hot drink!! They gave me another cup that was halfway filled with nothing but foam and milk!!!!!!!! If I wanted an iced drink I would have ordered it, and if Iām paying , I should get what I paid for.
