My family came by for pizza today (Sunday March 1st) at lunch, at the store at SR-9B off I-95.. You were kind of busy, but hey, it'll be worth it, right? I got a normal white crust, all the meats except salami. It was slightly over-cooked, looked like it was whole wheat, but tasted okay. It was the best of the bunch. My wife's was gluten-free (allergies), and she loves your chain because you have the best gluten-free pizza she's found, and loves the one price for whatever toppings you want. Her pizza came out significantly later than mine, with the explanation that the gluten-free takes longer to cook. It also had pepperoni so badly burned she just pulled them off and threw them away. My daughter's kid's-meal pizza was similar to mine - most of the meats - but she got pineapple and broccoli also. (She loves your meatball crumbles.) Her pizza was, I'm assuming, very badly burned, because you had to re-make it, without asking what she had ordered on it. Oh, you left off the meatballs she loves, and added black olives, that she hates. I'm assuming you added the black olives because the first pizza was so badly burned you couldn't tell what the black stuff on it was. We were in the middle of a 6 hour drive going home, so we passed on the offer to make it a third time. We'd already been there more than 45 minutes, and my daughter was really hungry. Besides, you'd burned two out of three, and over-cooked the third. Why believe you'd do a better job with another attempt? She picked off the black olives and got a little cup of meatballs from the cashier. She didn't complain about it too much.
"customized exactly how they like it" Huh? Not so much.
Worth the wait? It was a...
Read moreMy family and I have eaten here almost once a week for nearly two years. We used to go to St. Augustine to Pizza Time because 10 years ago they were rated 2nd best pizza in the USA. It was very good but sadly has not kept the standards up. We are soooo grateful they Your Pie is in the neighborhood. My wife does a cheese and half pepperoni (can’t get much more plain than that) yet there’s something about the ingredients that makes it taste so fresh. I load mine up with almost everything you can throw on a pizza! In the frequent visits over two years, with no hyperbole, there was one time the cheese or sauce tasted a little different. (Not bad just different). We love pizza and can eat almost anywhere anytime. It’s amazing how pizza can taste so different depending on where you go. Like that pizza place in St. Augustine, it must be the fresh ingredients that gives your pie that extra something special over a Papa John’s.
The owners must go out of their way to make sure quality is key because it’s not only found in the ingredients, but the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms. My kids love getting the gelato (which I close my eyes and pretend it’s not there for calorie sake). However, I can’t close me eyes the times we go for dinner and there’s $2 draft beers! I close my eyes during lunch time on those.
Please give this place a try and if you find anything that’s a miss, let the owners know. My wife and I have personally met them and they are owners that care. This Your Pie is indeed a local business we are blessed to have and...
Read moreWow wow wow...... Bad Management, very disorganized place, he really look like that he doesn’t know how to Manage this place. Im not going to given more of the negative points here on my review for FREE, they need to figure out with hard work or change the Manager. I did order 2 pizzas, they are very smaller if you compare with Blaze Pizza size and ingredients to make your own, than the price is about the same, and the young workers there still need to learn a lot more. I do believe in opportunities and given opportunities to others who understand really good what they are supposed to be doing, specially if is my business and I put the money.
I made my own pizza as a pepperoni and I put a good portion of pepperoni when server was making the pizza, and when I open the box, it was very disappointed because it wasn’t the pizza that I order, it didn’t came 1 pepperoni, plus the pizzas the ingredients has no tasty,
Spoke with Manager the day after I order the pizzas because when I got home it was already more than 10pm, they were closed, I “tried” to explain to him that the 1 pizza that I did order it was uncooked, and the other came wrong but he’s very impatient to hear me, and Rude, at point that I just told him that; Thanks for been so nice and left.
It’s So RUDE, he isn’t a good exemplo to his coworkers and this new generation of youngest people that working there.
Definitely not recommend to anyone who Love a great pizza and great...
