I have loved this place until the owner of the place provided service herself. I ordered an Alfredo pasta with chicken to be delivered by Uber eats. When my daughter receives the order she comes to me upset because there no chicken and an unusually low amount of pasta. Generally I get a bigger amount but whatever, no big deal. I call and the lady says the manager will call back. My daughter does not want to eat the pasta without the chicken and after waiting for 40 minutes, I decided to call back. The person I get transferred to states to be the owner and that she says to remember to have put chicken in the pasta and provides me her cell phone number to send her proof. What??? I do send her the untouched plate that shows dry clean borders, no chicken which gets mixed with the pasta, which means I would need to dig into the pasta to pull it out. The picture shows clean edges as it comes out from the oven. She says she will call me back when she has a moment to check the picture. Then she replies, in summary, that I lied to her and I was already eating the pasta. See the screenshots I attached. How does a business owner provide such a low level of service?

We recently visited Your Pie during their soft opening. Even though they were just doing a trial run and the place was packed, the food was great, the employees were friendly and the service was fast! Your pie is a "create your own pizza" place, similar to Mod and Blaze. You can choose a pizza from a menu or create you own. Your Pie has some extra things that set it apart from similar create your own pizza restaurants. In addition to pizza, they also offer salads, pasta and panini sandwiches. In addition, you can also make a combo and add chips and a drink to your meal, or even gelato. Edit: Tried the gelato tonight. It tasted great, however this was the tiniest scoop of ice cream I have ever seen. It was $1.99 for a scoop that barely filled 1/3 of the cup. I'll give it a try next time, perhaps I just caught the person who was scooping gelato on a bad night.

We tried this place out for the first time. We used to love pieology. The service was okay. We didn't even get a chance to say what dough we wanted as we got asked before we even got up to the counter. We got the combos with a drink and a salad or gelato. I got the ceaser salad. The croutons were soggy! Some of the lettuce was wilting. The gelato was delicious. However, we had ordered to go, and they gave us the wrong cup (which we did not know), and we were going to get it after the pizzas were done. Once we got up there, the cup was changed for a to go one, but the cup we had that we had been touching got put back. Cross contamination at its finest. The tables for what I could see had lots of crumbs on them. We tried it, but I don't think we will go back even though the pizza was good.

My family came by for pizza today (Sunday March 1st) at lunch, at the store at SR-9B off I-95.. You were kind of busy, but hey, it'll be worth it, right? I got a normal white crust, all the meats except salami. It was slightly over-cooked, looked like it was whole wheat, but tasted okay. It was the best of the bunch. My wife's was gluten-free (allergies), and she loves your chain because you have the best gluten-free pizza she's found, and loves the one price for whatever toppings you want. Her pizza came out significantly later than mine, with the explanation that the gluten-free takes longer to cook. It also had pepperoni so badly burned she just pulled them off and threw them away. My daughter's kid's-meal pizza was similar to mine - most of the meats - but she got pineapple and broccoli also. (She loves your meatball crumbles.) Her pizza was, I'm assuming, very badly burned, because you had to re-make it, without asking what she had ordered on it. Oh, you left off the meatballs she loves, and added black olives, that she hates. I'm assuming you added the black olives because the first pizza was so badly burned you couldn't tell what the black stuff on it was. We were in the middle of a 6 hour drive going home, so we passed on the offer to make it a third time. We'd already been there more than 45 minutes, and my daughter was really hungry. Besides, you'd burned two out of three, and over-cooked the third. Why believe you'd do a better job with another attempt? She picked off the black olives and got a little cup of meatballs from the cashier. She didn't complain about it too much.

"customized exactly how they like it" Huh? Not so much.

Worth the wait? It was a...

My family and I have eaten here almost once a week for nearly two years. We used to go to St. Augustine to Pizza Time because 10 years ago they were rated 2nd best pizza in the USA. It was very good but sadly has not kept the standards up. We are soooo grateful they Your Pie is in the neighborhood. My wife does a cheese and half pepperoni (can’t get much more plain than that) yet there’s something about the ingredients that makes it taste so fresh. I load mine up with almost everything you can throw on a pizza! In the frequent visits over two years, with no hyperbole, there was one time the cheese or sauce tasted a little different. (Not bad just different). We love pizza and can eat almost anywhere anytime. It’s amazing how pizza can taste so different depending on where you go. Like that pizza place in St. Augustine, it must be the fresh ingredients that gives your pie that extra something special over a Papa John’s.

The owners must go out of their way to make sure quality is key because it’s not only found in the ingredients, but the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms. My kids love getting the gelato (which I close my eyes and pretend it’s not there for calorie sake). However, I can’t close me eyes the times we go for dinner and there’s $2 draft beers! I close my eyes during lunch time on those.

Please give this place a try and if you find anything that’s a miss, let the owners know. My wife and I have personally met them and they are owners that care. This Your Pie is indeed a local business we are blessed to have and...

Wow wow wow...... Bad Management, very disorganized place, he really look like that he doesn’t know how to Manage this place. Im not going to given more of the negative points here on my review for FREE, they need to figure out with hard work or change the Manager. I did order 2 pizzas, they are very smaller if you compare with Blaze Pizza size and ingredients to make your own, than the price is about the same, and the young workers there still need to learn a lot more. I do believe in opportunities and given opportunities to others who understand really good what they are supposed to be doing, specially if is my business and I put the money.

I made my own pizza as a pepperoni and I put a good portion of pepperoni when server was making the pizza, and when I open the box, it was very disappointed because it wasn’t the pizza that I order, it didn’t came 1 pepperoni, plus the pizzas the ingredients has no tasty,

Spoke with Manager the day after I order the pizzas because when I got home it was already more than 10pm, they were closed, I “tried” to explain to him that the 1 pizza that I did order it was uncooked, and the other came wrong but he’s very impatient to hear me, and Rude, at point that I just told him that; Thanks for been so nice and left.

It’s So RUDE, he isn’t a good exemplo to his coworkers and this new generation of youngest people that working there.

Definitely not recommend to anyone who Love a great pizza and great...
