I hope Dunkin Donuts actually reads the reviews of this place. I think I'll go to the corporate page and file a complaint as well.
Here's the thing: The majority of jobs out there are about client satisfaction. As a manager, your first impression should be that of a leader. Not a stressed out, answering her phone in the middle of an order, frustratingly throwing food into the oven so it doesn't toast/cook right kind of manager. It doesn't matter whether it's inside order or drive thru.
I'm going to say they are taking advantage of the just as hard working folks time. Since we are all pressed for time, I find I am unable to go back and argue my food being incorrect or my coffee tasteless when I asked for my flavor. They are located in an a spot where no one can make a B line to them without making a uturn a mile up...I want what I pay for the first time.
I'm all for Latino power...but the young woman who is managing this place needs a seminar in customer service and leadership. Her team is only as strong as she is. There's a poor job going on and its not every employee from what I see. Different days I get different service.
Send someone in. Weed out the ones who are making the customers needs secondary to their own. Bring in people who will be true to the brand. Smiles....

I have been here more often recently and I have gotten my order correct, quickly and with a warm welcome everytime. This morning I happened to place a rather large order for the rest of the staff through my app like I always do. I had my husband pick it up and drop it off to me.I brought it to the break room and noticed that my breakfast was missing. I had already started my day and did not tell my husband exactly what the order was so he didn't know anything was missing. I just figured id stop by for lunch to let them know what happened. I did just that and the young lady April was not only empathic but also apologized went and made the food right away. She offered me free donut and asked if there was anything she could help with. Her willingness to help and kindness towards me made my day. April and her team today will be the reason I continue to visit...
Read moreThis by far is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. I work nearby so I visit often. Mobile orders are never ready and if they are they are sitting behind the counter for a long time and they are barely ever acknowledging customers waiting for mobile orders. I ordered a bagel and hot latte. I waited near pickup area for several minutes before asking if they had an order for me. Once i received the order, my bagel was barely warm and latte was not hot AT ALL. When i asked who I assume to be the manager, because she is always there, for a new bagel, her response was very rude and she tried to convince me the bagel was still warm and asked “are you serious?” Like i said i come to this dunkin all the time and usually service is always bad but I never complain because I know how these jobs can be but this is ridiculous.
