Experience – 6:30 AM Visit
I visited this location early this morning around 6:30 AM hoping to start my day with a hot coffee. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the woman working the drive-thru window. She was loudly shouting orders, making sarcastic comments, and laughing with other employees. When I asked to speak to the manager, Rebecca, her response was dismissive—she laughed and closed the window on me.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve my concerns. If this is the tone being set by management, it's no wonder the staff is following suit.
It’s disappointing to see such disregard for basic manners and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that leadership invest in better training—and perhaps better pay—to attract and retain employees who understand the importance of respect and professionalism.

I order the same thing everytime, today i i ordered a medium caramel iced coffee(cream and sugar) with a bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel. there were different faces today so i assumed they were new. They gave me a small coffee at first and i said it was a medium, they gave me a medium and the coffee didnt even look like it had cream or sugar in it!! i couldnt even taste the caramel! i had to “fix” it at home and add more “cream” i had milk, and more sugar.. didnt even taste like a caramel iced coffee at that point and my bacon egg cheese had NO CHEESE when i got home. i was very displeased with my order and next time im just going to have them re-do my coffee on the spot and check my food before hand, i shouldnt have to do this and waste other’s time but i pay money for this and i would want it done correctly and get the...
Read moreUsually they are great. But today- I waited in at the drive thru speaker for 10 min just to talk to the employee. He told me give me a moment but never returned and when I spoke to call on him, he said we are short handed today- give me a minute. This is ridiculous to have people wait for so long. This needs to be under control. There were 3 cars before me. And you’re telling me that they are that short handed that they cannot handle three orders.
Management here needs to get it under control. Monitor what days are busiest and have a strategy to make sure that customers are not being treated this way.
