I was referred... WHEN I first walked in Snow was doing someone HAIR... I told her what I wanted.. she had a million excuses.. why she couldn't do hair.. I said ok.. is there someone.. she said SHE COULD DO IT.. THE she was Maxine... long story short... I FEEL THAT THEY JUDGE PPL BY HOW THEY LOOK.. if you don't look like you could afford their prices... then that's how they act... ok.. Andy GET husband did my hair... before starting he said .. you know it's going to be $115.. I said that ok.. as thou I COULDNT AFFORD IT.. I then showed him a pic.. but I CLEARLY SAID I WANTED SOME TYPE OF STREAKS.. the whole time I was there .. they were talking in their language.. so RUDE... Felt uncomfortable.. ok.. then after he put all the foil.. Andy SENT me TO a lady who washed & massaged hair.. she also massaged shoulders..I asked IS she a masseuse.. they said YES.. cause she did not speak ENGLISH... & then another girl said .. it's $50.. for an hr.. AGAIN as tho I couldn't afford it.. I said .. it k.. that's fine .. so after Andy blowed dried hair .. FLAT... just took brush & blow dryer it straight Down.. DIDNT even take a round brush & give it body.. & then curled it .. & said after you finish massage.. I will fix it better... NOT... when I came out .. I went to sit down on his chair.. & he said oh we are done... .. I WAS SO ANGRY... I HATE THE COLOR.. I TOLD HIM .. I WANTED A CARMEL COLOR.. NOT GOLD CARMEL... I AM AN EMPATH... for those that don't know what this means.. look it up.. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... ALSO BEFORE I PAYED I handed him my credit card.. he saids .. do you want the whole amount to go on the card?.. I SAID YES.. ANOTHER SIGN.. that I was POOR..... NEVER, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT COVER.. & after I seen my hair.. YOU COULD clearly see that I WAS NOT HAPPY.... SO MY MOTTO IS IF YOU GO THERE.. if you do not look RICH.... THEY ASSUME THAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD ... & THEN I HAVE BRUSES ALL OVER BODY.. cause of the SO called massage... She was a nice lady .. but SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE A MASSAGE... did not use enough Creme or oil.. when giving massage it was like burning my skin.. SO KNOW I HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE.. & GET MY HAIR REDYED THE WAY I WANTED... I KNOW I CLEARLY SHOWED HIM -ANDY.. pic.. I even showed him a pic of Trumps Wife.. because that was how I wanted it .. NOT GOLD CARMEL..no STYLE.. UNBELIEVABLE... & BY THE WAY .. ANDY & SNOW.. JUST BECAUSE IM NOT WORKING DOES NOT MEAN.. I COULDNT AFFORD YOUR PRICES... IN THE FUTURE.. DO JUDGE .. by what you see... & THANKS FOR THE GOLD HAIR THAT I HAVE TO REDO... ANDY DOES NOT LISTEN.. EVEN WITH A PIC & POINTing out what yoy really want.. STILL DID AN AWFUL JOB.. & AGAIN NO BLOWDRY , No Style.. JUST FLAT.. IM SO PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... cause he clearly seen too .. I even told him .. what happen to color around face.. IF YOU GO THERE MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE.. MAYBE THEY WILL...

I had a terrible experience with the owner. I took my son to get a trim and he asked me how many inches to take off from the top so I told him we are not sure yet as this will be the first time he's getting his hair trimmed. I asked if he can take a few stands, take an inch off in order for us to get an idea of how much an inch of hair actually looks removed. The entire time we are having this conversation, he is speaking rudely to me as if I'm interrupting his day with my business (mind you there was no one waiting nor actively getting a haircut, there was only a customer who was paying as her hair had already been trimmed). I'm still trying to ignore his attitude in order to get my son's hair trimmed. After asking him to show me a sample of what an inch removed would look like, he rudely tells me that I should already know how much to trim and that for each example, he'll charge me for an entire haircut. So if he were to show me an example of what an inch off the top would look, and I agreed to the inch, he would charge me for two full-blown haircuts, one full charge for the example from a few strands, and another full charge for the actual haircut.

Needless to say, I stormed off fuming from the level of disrespect I received from this business owner.

Truth be told, I've been to this salon before and noticed that neither the owner nor his wife ever wanted to engage with me, and would always call the Haitian stylist (Paul I believe is his name and he's fantastic!!!) to engage with me. I thought nothing of this but the day I took my son with me, Paul was off so I asked the owner, and he seemed annoyed that I even asked him if he was available to cut my son's hair. I am not one to ever think that any bad interactions have anything to do with racism, and always make excuses like "He's likely just having a bad day", or something along those lines, but this time, I cannot think of any other reason for the owner to be so unnecessary disrespectful to me when I communicated with him in a courteous manner.

I went here with my mom so my mom could get a haircut, the woman with short bob cut hair was very unprofessional, while my mom was in her chair for her haircut, my mom just wanted to make sure she wasn’t going to cost her extra for the blow drying because we have been to another buisness where they charged us without even asking, I simply asked if she was going to charge us more due to the bad experience we have had in other stores, the woman got very defensive and did not finish my moms haircut and yet they still charged us for it, the hairdressers continued to yell across the salon and I swear to god I was going to explode on her for yelling but I didn’t, I simply walked out, THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER BE GETTING ANY SERVICES FROM HERE EVER AGAIN AND THAT HAIRDRESSER SHOULD NOT BE HIRED IN ANY PLACE, I wish I got her name but I just couldn’t stand to even look at her as she was being repeatedly rude, if I could be able to rate a...
