Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worst Dunkin Donut shop in town. I had been going to this particular location for years as it's on my way to work. When the male Hispanic manager with glasses worked there, is was great.. perfect, never any problems. After he left, the customer service and product consistency went downhill. I don't think they care anymore. I could order 15 coffees within the month and 13 of them would not be what I ordered. I don't order some fancy difficult beverage & it never changes, Lg iced caramel machiato. I was tired of getting to work with someone else's coffee order, either that or they just never made the machiato correctly. Cream on bottom, espresso on top, DON'T stir it up before you give it to ppl ffs. I probably wouldn't be so bent up about it if didn't happen so many times, every time I went. I have since found the Hispanic male manager at a location further dwn Pine Ridge by the school and Noodles Cafe. I will be going there from now in. Since moving to this new location, I have not received 1 messed up order from him or his staff as of yet. I was so grateful to be happy in the morning once again. Nothing pissing you off like someone effing up your coffee ever day. So good bye forever, to this location at Livingston...

I went through the drive through like I always do at any dunkin location because lugging 2 toddlers in just to grab donuts is a little inconvenient. My kids only eat 2 kinds of donuts chocolate sprinkles and Boston cream. Well we left the orthopedic doctors because my 2 year old broke his leg and we really wanted some donuts. I pull in the drive through to order a dozen donuts 6 Boston cream and 6 chocolate sprinkles and they told me they don't do specialized orders through drive thru anymore. Thought it was silly so I pulled up to window to ask when they started that and why they changed it because I got a dozen donuts earlier that week at another location closer to home and they accomodated my request. They said they stopped it about a month ago and maybe other locations do but they don't because they're the busiest location. They told me if I wanted to pick out my donuts I'd have to walk inside. Okay fine. I parked AND walked inside. And guess what!? They were everything BUT busy. Maybe a total of 5 people sitting at the table and a cute couple ordering their food at the counter. Uh WHAT THE WHAT!?!? It made me even more mad having to go in and seeing them NOT BUSY. I will not go to this location ever again. Total...

This particular location is terrible. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. I’ve been going there for four years now and it hasn’t gotten any better. From not giving you your extra turbo shots that you’ve ordered and paid for, to ordering a sandwich that’s hot on the outside and ice cold in the middle. My last last visit just this morning I went through the drive thru and received a sandwich that is suppose to be hot, was cold cheese and egg thrown together on a bagel that was extremely chewy and tough to bite into. I walked the sandwich back into the store and let them know it was cold, not toasted etc. Would you believe they made a new sandwich and it came out the exact way? The staff is in too much of a hurry and not making items ordered and paid for properly. The location on Radio Road is excellent! Maybe the staff at the Livingston location should train with them.
