This is one of the most inconvenient convenience stores I know of. Use the other Wawa on 41. This location ALWAYS has their bathroom blocked off for "cleaning" as an overnight ride-share driver, this is completely unacceptable to me, and has caused me more frustration than I can convey through text. You lose business from me every time I see a closed bathroom, because I stop to but drinks, and food and gas up usually when I need to use the restroom. If I can't do a one stop in the middle of this pandemic, it isn't worth visiting your store. There early this morning 4:48 am for coffee which is maybe 1 star. Register 14, lady with baseball looking jacket, African American younger she was so rude and snooty, zero customer service skills, she was barking orders at other staff . Did not want to ring me up very reluctant with a disgusted look no good morning.. asked her price of coffee she was rude about that eye rolling? She acted like maybe she was a manager or owner which is laughable if she is. She appeared to be doing paperwork at the front of some sort. My suggestion is send her to the manatee Ave store for training they are fabulous. I hope she doesn’t manage anyone.
