Worst experience of my life. Got to the restaurant at 5:46 and received my food at 6:30, waited a total of 45 minutes for the two tiniest pieces of sandwich ever, all while the employees did everything but make food. The female employee kept pulling and checking her phone as if she kept getting calls but she kept on the same gloves she touched the phone with to make sandwiches. When we received our drink cup, there were not even lids out that fit our cup and we had to wait 7 minutes for an employee to go search for lids. I understand being busy and it seemed like there was a lot of online orders. However it is completely unacceptable to stand there and not even work. In the 45 minutes we were there, 4 orders including ours went out. While we were waiting a gentleman stood next to us waiting for his online order, the employee walked over to behind the counter and put down a bag with the receipt side faced away from the customers and did not say whose order it was. Then 10 minutes later she finally gave the man his bag and hinted that she didn’t know he was there. We finally received our food at 6:30 just to see two 3 inch pieces of Sandwhiches with the meat almost completely off the bread that we paid $20 for. The only reason I did not give up halfway through, ask for a refund and tell them off is because there were other customers/children present and I felt I had already wasted about 30 minutes of my time and if they had to give me a refund it would take an additional 30 minutes. Please whatever you do, if you are hungry (coming from a person who works hard for there money and doesn't like getting their time wasted) DO NOT GO TO THIS INCREDIBLY...
Read moreI work in EMS and support the company, got my wife to get their stuff over the other guys, but my experience at this location, a franchise, has been poor on multiple occasions. Whether leaving off items (extra pickles, condiment issues) that I ordered to even giving an entire wrong sandwich, my NY steamer had been replaced with an Italian sub (my wife’s sub was correct). My wife, having picked up our sandwiches and then something to eat for the kids elsewhere had to drive back to the firehouse sub store after coming home, bringing both sandwiches with her. She couldn’t even eat hers and suffered for it. She was so upset that even tho it had been 1hr and 40 mins before she got back to the restaurant and the sandwich was soggy she was committing to eating her sandwich and not risking to get hers remade in case they might screw it up or do something to the sandwich. Our order was an online order as well. When she picked up my sub she double checked it to find that they left out the pickle just as they had done prior times. They didn’t even take the fact that they got my sun wrong seriously enough to make it right the second time and have jt ready when she got there. Thankfully she requested it and we got it. The store did not really offer any suitable alternative costumer service solutions to address any of the listed mistake(s). If you are considering supporting firehouse subs choose another location because this one is sure to miss the mark and you don’t want to have to come back with a family waiting at...
Read moreI had a horrible experiencing at this location. We entered prior to the store being closed; as we entered prior to 8:30. I should note the website states they close at 9. The person taking our order was cordial; however, upon ordering there was someone in the back who yelled at extremely loud saying they were closed while an order was being taken and was being paid for. If it was indicated to us prior to our order being taken that the location was closed we would’ve left. While we were waiting for our order the same individual kept yelling profanities and was yelling about the location closing at 8:30. I want to emphasize this was after our order was taken .There was two people that came in to pick up their orders and the same individual was making comments like: “I hope you’re not placing an order because we’re fing closed” and “sad fing story if they were placing an order”. They were overall very rude in demeanor and was cussing at the other employees in the store.
If the store is closed indicate that prior to the order being taken instead of making your paying customers feel extremely uncomfortable. Also update your website to reflect that the store closes earlier. Put a sign on the door that indicates the updated hours. Treat your employees better and paying customers better. Be better. I won’t be coming back to this location.
In sum: horrible customer service. Save your money. Go to another sub shop or at least...
