AlWAYS FRESH & ALWAYS FRIENDLY! This place is my favorite place to eat because they actually care. Their tenders are SO juicy & the breading is amazing! I love that it’s not crunchy & hard breading. This business really does go above & beyond & Managment pushes their workers to give the best. They have standards. It just goes to show that with the right Managment any business could be like this. Makes it all the more sad that majority of places are not like this.

Majority of places have went so far down hill & don’t even know how to give customer service. Even a simple please & thank you goes a long way but majority of places I go the workers are rude and when they make mistakes they make you feel like the worst person in the world for bringing it back in to have it fixed.

This is the ONLY place I have found that has fast food & still ALWAYS makes sure it’s fresh & they are ALWAYS polite & kind & ready to please you & make you smile. I have never seen a worker without a smile there & I have NEVER got cold food there. It’s ALWAYS so hot as if it just came out of the fryer. Every single thing on their menu is amazing & made with the best standards. The owner & Managment of this place deserve an award!! Other restaurants & fast food places should take some notes & learn from foosackleys.

Update‼️‼️‼️ Spoke with lance and he’s literally the most professional manager I’ve ever spoken with!! Still a 5 star establishment with incredible people!!!!!

Come here literally way more then I should.. food is so good and always friendly service and clean.. until tonight 😞 I came through about 20 minutes before closing.. when I got to the first window to order I never seen anyone quite so bothered to see me. Literally said “yeah” then got an attitude with another employee while taking my order and cut me off to tell her “so and so made the wrong one and we’re about to close so deal with it. She handed me my drink and I went to the next window and she came there and said “I need that drink back you ordered tea not lemonade” I said I ordered lemonade and she asked to see my receipt and walked away.. (it said lemonade) and slid the window back hard. The next girl gave me my food without double fries but with slaw. Passing through Pensacola, and this was my first time eating at a foosackly’s, which the young man taking drive through orders picked up on pretty quickly. When I asked for a recommendation on a sauce for my small order, he not only described them but offered to add several for free so I could try more than one. I got my order fast, and the chicken and fries were hot and fresh, along with warm, toasty bread, crunchy coleslaw, and four of the six sauces, all of which were unique and yummy. Although I liked the spicy-sweet king foo best, the honey mustard and original foo seemed to compliment the chicken better. Also, I had asked the queso-bacon fries, and didn’t discover they were missing until I pulled into a parking spot to eat my food. I realized I had plenty of food so I was t going to make a big deal about it, but a few seconds later, one of the employees was running out to my car with the fries!
