This was our first time dining in, only reason we came all the way out here was because our friends who live by that area were going to be watching the game there. We had a party of 9 adults and 1 child, one thing I did like about this location is that there is a lot of parking as well as the outdoor sitting is big. We sat down and everyone at the table was waiting to order some drinks or any food. The server didn’t come around to ask them for any orders from what they mentioned, we waited another 15 mins then eventually Daniela I believe was her name came around to ask us what we were ordering. I did like which I didn’t know that the boneless wings were unlimited on Wednesday. So that was nice. Either way my husband ordered boneless with loaded fries, I ordered the bone in and we didn’t wait to long for those the first round everyone in the table had their food on time. The second round we ordered seemed to take longer at least for those who ordered more of the boneless. I went ahead and re ordered my bone in, my husband ordered a 3rd time around with fries and his took a while but I waited 40 mins for the wings to come back out I had to tell the server twice that my wings didn’t come out while everyone else was getting their wings. That was my biggest dislike, the fact that it was only 6 wings and the restaurant was not full that I had to wait that long, that I eventually didn’t even want to eat them anymore. I took them home. They had the game on each tv which was nice but some of the tvs were not HD. I wouldn’t come back to this location honestly I’m very disappointed with the service.

Good portion sizes for the price, great staff and unique gator themed atmosphere. But only gator on the menu is the gator tail appetizer. Which was decent, but I have had better gator in Florida. So these bites weren't bad and the sauce was good so worth a try if you don't want to go out of your way to find gator to try only once. We get it every time we go to Florida so it's nice to get a variety of preparations. The mini burgers were bigger than my wife thought and she got 2 meals out of those. Probably would have been enough for me as well. I got the 4 and 44th smash burger and the portion was very good but there wasn't much of a flavor profile with so much meat. On our trip this year I think every other smash or wagyu burger was more flavorful and I think the 4 patties was overkill. I think anything more than a double is going to do the bacon, veg or sauce justice as the meat was just overwhelming. Definitely a good place if you like the Applebee's/TGI Fridays chachkies type feel but with more Florida and alligators. Pricing wasn't bad comparatively considering Orlando as well and it wasn't too far from the Universal/SeaWorld hotel we were staying at.

On our way home from a busy stay having fun in universal we decided that we weren't ready for the drive home yet so we stopped at this hidden gem called Gators Dockside Hunters Creek because we seen it was pet friendly regarding what breed you have. It was amazing. She was a good pup especially first time going to a restaurant with many people and other dogs. They offered her a bowl of water and we got her their amazing sweet potato fries for being a good girl. We also tried their new Tater Tots with BBQ Pulled Pork and cheese and more yummy goodness - it got more 5 stars from me I would reorder that without second guessing it. The award winning wings is exactly what you would expect they are perfection. My wife got the Mac n Cheese Burger and she said it was a VIP burger due to how excellent it was. We had a wonderful server and she had plenty of patience with us due to the fact there was a lot on the menu to intake lol. Overall, we will be returning!!

We've been to this location 4 times. First three visits were great. We sat at the outside bar the first 3 visits. Christina (I think is her name) and her son took AMAZING care of us. 5 stars for them. 5 stars for the Gyro, it's delicious. If you go, sit at the bar for the best service.

3 stars because most recent visit was awful. We were given a dirty and used beer glass and I don't think the restaurant took it as serious as it is. And our service was not the best this time as we got ignored by our server (as another table did too)

To start, we sat at a high top in hopes of getting some air conditioning. It was almost as hot inside as it was outside.

When our server Laurie came, she greeted us, but then said she'd be back to get our drink order. (Why not get it right then?)

Waited ~10 minutes for her to return and get our drink order. it was hot, we were thirsty and didn't get drinks for 15-20 minutes after sitting down.

There was a new server, Brianna,.it was her first day and she was supposed to be training, not even supposed to be on the floor, thank God she still stepped in because she took great care of us AND the table next to us, who was pissed (and currently is while I write this). They have been here for two hours. They waited 30 minutes until someone finally stopped back by their table. They had been trying to order more and had no more time to wait.

Brianna, the new server took care of BOTH of our tables. The place would have fallen apart without her help..

The server we had had too many tables, but we are former servers and the way she "took care" of us was unacceptable. She gave up on us. Stopped coming by. When she finally stopped by, she asked if we needed boxes... Are you kidding me? We were in the middle of eating..

My partner ordered another pitcher of beer, which is typically served with a fresh cold glass. When he went to pour it, he thankfully noticed there were spots in the glass. The spots were foam marks from where the last person drank their beer and at the bottom of the glass, there was still beer.

We did not complain until this point. We asked for the manager. Our server then stopped by again to let us know he was on his way, worried our talk would be about her, we let her know about the glass.

The manager (who is one month into his job) had every excuse under the sun for how this could have happened. It doesn't matter how it happened... It happened. He also tried to say it wasn't beer, which I used a napkin to soak it up and have him smell it. I had to ask 3 times for him to smell it to confirm it was indeed beer.

To note, neither the manager or server asked if they can get him a new glass. The new server asked what was going on and IMMEDIATELY apologized and asked if she could get him a glass.

The manager offered a desert to make up for a dangerous, appalling, disgusting, unacceptable, and extreme mistake.

It's not about the money. He gave us half off our food, totalling a $22 discount. We are grateful, but $22 for risking someone's life doesn't add up either.

We are from the service industry and never in our 10+ years of experience given or seen a dirty glass be delivered to a guest. Completely...

I wasn't going to post a review because everyone has a bad day but chose to after i opened my to go cup of water and found TWO bugs floating in it. Before being seated, i opted to use the restroom. There were only 2 stalls, and I walked in as the hostess (who i found out was the hostess after this awkward meeting) walked out of one and saw that she left urine all over the seat. So much so that l question what she was aiming for and curious if she made any into the bowl. After walking in to use it, seeing its condition, I walked back out and waited for the other stall to become available. After that, was seated in a more quiet section of the restaurant, comfortable table. Before the hostess walked away, my server told her the booth i was seated in wasn't available so they moved me about 3 booths down to a more narrow and uncomfortable table, but it would work. The server addressed me in a timely manner, I ordered my food and asked that when my food comes if she could also deliver a to-go box (so i wouldn't have to wait for one or have the server make an extra trip later). A party of 4 was seated nearby shortly after. A long time, maybe 10-15 minutes had past and I was becoming quite thirsty with no sign of my server insight, i noticed the table of 4 nearby already had their drinks. No worrries, she must have forgotten about my drink so i would simply remind her the next time i see her. A short time later, she brought my water in a to-go cup with lid and straw which i thought was odd but im not from around here so I didn't put too much thought into it, maybe thats how they serve water? I did notice the water definitely tasted different than back home (Georgia). Short time later, my food was delivered to my table in to-go boxes and a bag. It was clear that my request for a to-go box to be delivered with my food was interrupted as a to-go order. Again, no worries. The food is the food regardless of the containers it was delivered in, i made do. The wings were ordered to be grilled, to go receipt stapled to the bag states that it was entered correctly but they were fried. After seeing them, i was no longer interested in eating their wings as the sauce was slopped over top of them (not dipped to evenly coat) and the sauce looked very unappealing, an unnatural red color with chunks in it. I asked her to just take those off my bill. She was unapologetic, but thats ok. She did enter it correctly, it was the kitchen that didnt follow the order (but she didn't check the order before bringing it out). The rest of the food wasn't horrible but definitely not food that i would ever want to eat again. I had ordered the Gator combo app, chicken tenders were soggy, cheese sticks and overcooked southwest egg rolls.

The restaurant was overly loud but it was decorated in...

This chain is a favorite of my family and is the midpoint location between all of us that want to have a family dinner out. I've dined at this location three times with a party of four to as much as a party of 25. I have had terrible service every time I've been here. The food at this location is mediocre.

The first time (party of 4) I requested lemon pepper wings and I was served wings with buffalo sauce doused in lemon pepper seasoning. I sent it back and was then served naked wings instead of lemon pepper wings. I only had some of a family members appetizer. The fried mushrooms. They were very good.

The second time we were there we were a party of 25. Though I was one of the first of our party to order, I was not served my fish & chips order. It took forever, and I took my food to go. It was just okay.

The last time we were there (a party of 18) I ordered the fried mushrooms and a salad entrée. I figured salad would be safe. It's standard. No adaptations. No cook time. I was served my appetizer, the mushrooms. They were very good. However, again, the family was served theie entrees and I was still waiting for my order. I was the very last one served and when it came out there was slimy bad lettuce right on top of the salad. It was gross and an unbelievable "oversight." I declined to have it remade. The manager offered to comp any replacement meal I ordered. I had the ribs (again to-go) commped, but was asked to pay for my appetizer. The entrée was just okay.

I cannot continue to go to a restaurant that refuses to serve me the food I order. After having such egregious bad experiences here over an 18 month time span, we are never returning to this location. There are other Gator's locations worth my time and money and we've found another location in that area for...
