If you're short staffed and don't want to work on small orders during non- busy hours I get it, but tell me that when I try to place the order, or failing that, when I show up apologize to me for the inconvenience and be honest it's best I cancel or come back way later. Don't lie to me again suggesting you're willing to do something you're clearly not. Otherwise, it would've been done or at the very least started already.

Called ahead to order 1 sub and mozzarella sticks at 3:20pm on a Friday. Guy said it will be ready in 25 minutes (3:45). Then I show up in 20 minutes (3:40) and the place looks closed. There's no sign of any life that the kitchen is operational and there's only one employee there and he is surprised to see me. I say I'm a little early and he looks at a ticket and says you're a lot early I said 35 minutes (which would've been 3:55) so it won't be ready until 4:10 (which is 50 minutes from when I actually ordered). Unless you want to cancel it he says. Given how dormant it is I have no confidence they would actually start my order by 4:10 yet alone have it ready by then, so I cancel it and you can tell...

Horrible service. I come here every year (for nearly 10 years) on my beach vacation looking forward to eating here. This year I called around 5:30, ordered, he told me it would be ready 7:45-7:50. I was fine with that knowing it’s a small business and a Saturday. I wait over two hours, show up to pick up my order, and they claim I never made it!!! I couldn’t even try to speak to show them my call log to prove I called. No one wanted to help me. I was just wrote off that I never placed my order. Sadly, pizza was one of the worst I have had. Dry crust, non existent sauce, and bland cheese. 2.50 for a small slice, not worth it if you ask me. Asked for a cup of water to take a pill and the server tried to upsell me to a bottled water. I asked if there was a problem with their tap water and she said no, they just don't have any cups. After begging for anything to put a little water in for me to take a pill one of the other workers gave me a 4oz condiment container full of water.
