Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered on Uber eats this evening. I ordered four 10 PC chicken bite meals. Two were supposed to be tossed in garlic Parmesan sauce and two were hand breaded. All four with Fries and Garlic bread. The two ten Piece tossed meals came with 6 pieces in each one. One of them had the garlic bread under the sauced chicken and the "sauce" was just butter with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Zero garlic flavor. The hand breaded were the right amount of chicken but the fries in them were so spicy we had to throw them out. I am so disappointed because I get take out from here twice a week and one once have had a problem but the very next time I eat there I get it delivered and feel it is way over priced if I pay for two meals and they only put one meal of chicken between the two and we had to throw the fries away. This is not the Huey Magoo's I am used to and to pay 25$ in delivery fees (15$ for delivery and $11 in taxes and undefined 'other charges') plus a $5 tip. So in all this is an order for almost $100 for essentially 32 chicken nuggets 2 handfuls of French fries and three pieces of garlic bread plus 1 soggy butter Parmesan garlic bread. So very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ The last time I went and ordered take out then went next store to Publix for drinks and came back to get my order but had to wait because they gave my order to someone else. Had I the time to wait I would have to begin with. I ended up late back to work and got written up. I am not sure I can afford to eat Huey magoos anymore. It used to be so great. My number one. But in the last week and a half they have messed me up twice and not just a little mistake. It almost cost me my job and this time it cost me way too much money to still be hungry. At work if I get written up again in six months I get terminated. I would have liked my first write up in two years to be my fault. Now I don't have the warning write up anymore for six months. Man it was Super Bowl Sunday and I’m pretty sure every restaurant was extremely busy. It seemed like Huey Magoos was beyond busy though I had called another location I believe to place a 50 count for the Super Bowl party but when I showed up they didn’t even acknowledge me and said they had to get rid of them because I didn’t show up on time. Granted I showed up about an hour and a half later… I want to say and thank Will and his team I believe his name is, he dropped 50 tenders for me ASAP and made sure that my Super Bowl party was still gonna happen. If it wasn’t for him honestly don’t know what I would have done. Please promote this man if he has not please give him his store he is phenomenal and made it happen to him and his team and most importantly to Will apologies if I’m using an incorrect name heavier set lad (gentlemen) you are going places my man keep up the amazing work, and I hope leader ship above sees what you are doing for them second to none firsthand customer experience and you deserve everything...

Just ordered from the Lake Mary location and they have awful customer service. Curbside time was 7:18. Had my son go inside at 7:26, was told my order wasn't ready, check my email, had an email at 7:30 from them, at 7:36 I see an employee outside cleaning tables, told her what happened and she said she had seen my order and would go get it, was 7:41 when we got our food. No apologies, nothing! Ever since we complained about them giving us broken up chicken pieces of chicken strips its like they purposely mess up my order, given half cooked fries most times the workers are not friendly. Honestly feel like this establishment may be racist. Another personparked behind me at curbside had to go in and wait on his food, he too was African American. I wish they would open another one in Sanford because most times I drive to Winter Springs because they're so much nicer and the food is always properly cooked.
