Bypassing their own T-Mobile Headquarters Support in a suspicious ways. Went in to get a T-Mobile Home internet trial. Worked. Had to give it back after 24 hours. Found out WiFi Call with my Cell Carrier gets blocked by T-Mobile Home Internet. So I went back with the hardware...
They took the hardware back (no receipt offered) but refused to cancel the line and told me I had to call T-Mobile Support by phone. So I did call, actually right in the store.
T-Mobile Support told me the store is 100% able to cancel the line.
T-Mobile Support on the phone told me to tell the store to write down a phone-number to get this solved for me. The store refused to write down the number.
So the T-Mobile Support asked me to hand over my phone to the Store so she can tell her what to do and also write down a phone number I could reach out to for a cancelling confirmation.
After handing over the phone to the store, it took the store 30 sec. Then she just hung up the call on T-Mobile Phone Support.
After this I asked her for the phone number I was suppose to get.
The lady in the store told me: "No all is good, we can not help you you have to call yourself from home."
I asked for the phone number and she said: "No phone number for you sorry, you have to call the regular T-Mobile Support Hotline".
Right after this I tried to reach out T-Mobile Support to tell them about this behavior...But you know what...they just ignored it. Nobody cared.
So you can make up your own conclusion. I will not judge any store, but just want to tell the experience I had.
But thats not all...the story goes on. But with T-Mobile and not with the store:
So I reached out to T-Mobile Support (based in the Philippines) and they canceled the line. After a month the charged my credit card with 50 Dollar. I called the T-Mobile Support and they told me: No line was cancelled but she told me that she will take care of me and it is 100% cancelled now and I will get my money back within one week. Did not get any money back. So I called my Credit Card company and they credited my Card. Then T-Mobile sends me the invoice for month 2. I called the T-Mobile support and they told me, sorry. We did not cancel any lines and how is my experience with Home Internet ;-) (without having any hardware) Then I got a letter from a money collector company. I then called T-Mobile again and they where able to solve my problem but where not able to send me any kind of confirmation.
Finally: I started the Home Internet Trial in November and my Issues where solved in February.

I was currently on someone else’s plan and simply wanted to do a transfer of responsibility to my own line but keep everything the same but the guy Zeus ended up giving me a new number with a whole new line which is exactly what I didn’t ask for. Then he tells me that my iphone14pro and Apple Watch are paid off and that im eligible for an upgrade to the 15 pro. Which was a complete lie. My iPhone and watch was not paid off. The guy Zeus just wanted his commission so he cheated and lied to get it. So while I have a new line the persons line I was on they still had my old line attached to their account and was still responsible to pay for it so I called T-Mobile. In lake Emma lake Mary Florida for help and assistance on what to do to get this matter resolved and the assistant manager named “Gabby” answered and I explained the situation and she basically told me that there is nothing she can do that there’s a 2 week return policy and that I didn’t bring the phone back in time so that I was just stuck with the new account and phone and my friend was stuck paying my old phone account. So I asked for her last name to move forward with a complaint that’s when she got very rude and disrespectful and started being vague and not straight forward like a professional public employer should be. I would not advise anyone to go to this place if your using t mobile these people are crooks and rude. The manager there is a pretty nice guy. He was very helpful and understanding and took my information down and knows how to treat a paying customer After I called back a day later because “Gabby” wouldn’t let me talk to the manager because she knew I was going to move forward with filing a complaint against her and Zeus. Between my husband and I we have called at least 10 times if not more and never receive a call back from the manager. Very poor customer service. Will do whatever it takes to leave sprint and I’ve been with them for several years.
Follow up to above review. I have received my third bill. It is still well over what they statec it would be. When I called the store to let them know this and that customer service was telling me my bill would be more they claimed it was because customer service couldn’t see the discounts applied on their end and I just needed to give it time for this to kick in. Three billing cycles later I realize this was a ploy to buy time and get me past the 14 (or 15 not sure which it is) day window to return the bogus devices they sold to us. Now I’m stuck with them. They also claimed a “free” iPad with 5 line set up ( this meant adding 2 additional Motorola’s we didn’t need and haven’t touched).This was also false information and I’m paying $30/mo added on for service on this device they NEVER mentioned. I called customer service and spoke with them at length. They stated that what I was told at the store was not true and apologized. They also claimed they would investigate the situation and see what they could do and call me back and never did. I have been a sprint customer since 2004. I have never had any issues or concerns with the company. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with sprint. I have also been informed that if I want to leave them I’d have to pay well over $1,000 to break my contract. As soon as there is a reasonable price to break this contract I will be leaving sprint.
