Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

A actually use to enjoy the food here. But a recent incident made my not want to return. Ordered online, and one if the items I ordered was a salad. I was sick so I sent someone to get it for me. When they arrived after the quoted time, the order wasn't ready. They held off in making my order, because they were out of the salad. The employee then said they where unable to refund the order. Even as the manager was trying to explain how to do it. Left the restaurant and was planning to take it up, with the bank. At this point my phone started ringing and when I answered said it was the manager, offered his apologies, refunded the order and said he was gonna give me a 20 dollar credit, to keep my business. Well today I went to use that credit and suprise, it wasn't there. I don't expect a lot from fast food, but I am annoyed as to why the manager called to correct the issue, if he didn't plan on following through. There seems to be a serious decline in customer service at this location. Don't get me wrong the people are nice, but don't seem to know what they are doing. Unfortunately I spent a year working at a hh pizza. Not all that...

Driver was rude and rushing pizza was cold and the soda I ordered was not Dr pepper instead I was told by the driver I had to chose between mountain dew and papsi none of which I drink and they where very hot! The driver sat in the drive way and did not ring the door bell or knock on the door after a few minuets he banged on the door to state he was out still for ten minutes but why didn't he knock or ring the door bell if he was outside and when I called the store I could hear the driver rudly in the back round and I have been hung up on twice I order this so I could have a mothers day lunch with my children and hungry Howie's ruined it! Cold pizza and hot soda i didnt want is what I was given and charged 34.79 this is outrage and they also refuse to give me a recipt for my order stating on the phone they don't give recitpts for cash orders "bull" and they refuse to make it right they basically...

Update… i called the next day to see about this.. Bryan was the one who help me with re-doing the order again and setting a time for delivery. My order came on time and everything was great! The manager reached out once more and was kind and apologize once more for the everything. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and making sure we were satisfied.

Worse experience with this location! Placed an order for delivery the store used door dash to deliver the my food which never got to me! By the time I was suppose to receive it, the store was closed so I was charged for something I never received because the door dash never could delivered my order and never contacted me to hand me my order! This was very upsetting and I will not order here or use...
