Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Not even worth a star! I ordered a pizza from this place and the pizza delivered was not the way I had ordered it. So I called to express my dissatisfaction with my order and the manger could care less. So I requested another pizza and he declined to have it sent. He said he will give me $2.00 discount on my next order. Really you screwed up this order and you think I am going to order again from there. I asked him for a refund and he could pick up the pie he sent. He said it will be a few hours and he was very rude and obviously does not understand customer service. The customer is always right and customer satisfaction should be his goal. I also asked for the general manager or his district manager number he declined to give me the information and he told me he is the manager and he is in charge and he makes all the decisions. Then he hung up on me....really...okay. I called back and this time a young lady answered the phone, and I asked her for the corporate number which she gave me and gave me the name of this so called "manager" his name is Charlie P. Well thanks to this manager This Hungry Howie will no longer get my business and I will let all my colleagues, family and friends, who by the way live in this area and orders from this place. That Papa Johns is where our next Pizza order...

Do not give them your business. If I could no star this place I would. They told me 20 minutes for a delivery of 20 chicken tenders and an hour later sent us the completely wrong order. It was late and suppose to be my dinner. When I called I was expecting an apology at the least and even a credit like most self respecting restaurants would offer, however this particular employee gave me the worst attitude I have ever received and when I calmly asked to speak to the manager he told me "na there's no one higher than me."

His name was Charlie and he was quite possibly the worst employee a business could ask for in terms of customer service. I cannot believe a business would allow this man to be a manager but then again that is probably why there is such awful reviews about this particular...

• Attention* Covid-19 safety guidelines not being followed ** I order pizza from here 3 weeks ago.When going to pay for my pizza I discover 2 employees not wearing masks , one of them being the female manager.When I asked the employee if I could speak to his manager, he went up to her and she told him she didn’t want to speak to me. The male manager then comes up to and asked if he could help me.I explained to him that it was unacceptable that his employees are not wearing mask while preparing food.He then ask for all employees to put their masks on. The female manager still did not put on her mask.Being a nurse, and seeing people die from COVID-19 everyday, and then coming here and seeing a disregard for customer safety is really upsetting. *Please keep your family safe and do...
