Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered a pepperoni pizza the girl in the back wiped her hands on her butt and legs then used her hands to put the doe in the pan smashed the doe down and the sauce pepperoni and cheese Then put in oven. Then she turned and picked garbage up off the floor put it in the trash got a wiped her nose and face ten got a towel abs started wiping the table down where the box’s are put the towel on box moved the box. She then again wiped her hands on her person This should all be on recording in the store. Mgt came to the front I asked him to step outside and explained to him what was going on. CROSS CONTAMINATION and hands not washed in between everything. He explained the girl is a couple weeks old and I told him no excuse. She is old enough to literally know that clean hands. And I am sure during trading they explained all this to her. I have worked for a pizza place personally and we had to #1 wear gloves when making food. And wash hands wash hands wash hands. This is unacceptable not washing your hands after you have already rubbed them on your butt legs shirt face and Exspecially after picking up trash. I am disappointed. We have been going to this store on sr 52 Hudson for some time. And I know if people really paid attention they would see what is going on. I personally love their pizza we brought the pizza home and it was cut but also the slices were cut up. And with me outside talking to mgt my husband told me let’s go. We didn’t eat the pizza. Due to her nasty hands. And when we got in our vehicle she started calling me the B word and kept saying over a box. The box she put the wet towel on. That has a small thing in the whole situation.she had no clue the guy standing inside was my husband. And he knew I was outside talking to mgt. We have been ordering from hungry Howies for three years. As long as we have lived in Florida, my son has loved the wings. We recently moved location, about 20 minutes away so we have a different hungry Howies that delivers to us now. The one on Ridge Road is perfect and if there's any issues, they are very understanding and take care of what is needed. However, this location is not the same. This location has forgotten my sauces many times. The first thing I don't understand is why the sauce doesn't come on the wings like it does on the other store but that's besides the point. we order from them all the time and we tip very well. Again, they forgot our sauce and an hour and a half later they said we Will send a driver out to give you sauce. First off that's not fair to the driver who is not getting a tip because I'm not tipping twice. Second, by the time I get the sauce my 16 wings are now all cold. The manager got on the phone with me and was very rude. I told him I'm not looking for anything free but maybe 10 or 20% off my next order would be nice for my inconvenience. He blatantly told me they don't do things like that and I can take the sauce or not. Again the manager was rude to me and basically told me he forgot the sauce take it or leave it. I went to pick up a pizza (which was on the counter). The manager asked for my coupon. I forgot it in the car. When I came back with the coupon, the pizza was gone and the manager was behind an oven (I think) pulling stuff out. After saying I was back twice and being ignored twice, I said I was leaving (close to two minutes after being ignored). She asked, "Why? The pizza is ready." I stated that if the pizza was ready, I shouldn't have had to wait that long. I went out to my car then saw her FLICKING ME OFF WITH BOTH HANDS! I went back in to try recording her doing it again. She resisted, but called me a dick any way. I never got my pizza. I can accept paying 16 bucks for a crappy pizza and good service. But not for a crappy pizza and abysmal service. Do not recommend. Go to Leo and Joe's. They have real pizza for great prices (they're huge). And they understand what good, quality service is. I hate the fact that I have to give this 1 star. After ordering from here for 10 years, it really doesn't deserve it. I guess I'm an optimist and just keep expecting the place to get better. But...
