Hurricane Grill & Wings-Kitterman — Restaurant in Florida

Every time I come here they say they’re short staffed. Even a year ago it was the same thing, it’s an excuse for how bad the food is here. Ordered the island grilled shrimp and it came in aluminum foil and not even on skewers, shrimp was barely cooked properly.Pretty sure they tossed it around for one minute, than just threw it in the aluminum foil , seasonings were coming off of it and it was just gross. Got the side Mexican street corn on the COB and it came in a small carry out container, of regular corn not on the COB maybe half way filled with little to no Cotija cheese or Elote sauce. Literally opened up a can of corn , probably used half of it and threw some random things in it and called it elote. My sides for the island grilled shrimp was cilantro and lime rice , no cilantro and no lime was added , it was over cooked white rice that was definitely sitting out for a while because I’m sure they make a big pot of it and just let it sit for orders. Which is not how it’s supposed to be at all. Especially for these prices, ordered garlic parm broccoli and it came with garlic on top only and no Parmesan. Crazy thing is that the broccoli wasn’t even cooked. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible experience. I order the same to-go order every time and it is never right. Medium rare cheeseburger with no tomato and loaded fries done the old way. Burger is always burnt (always on one side and then barely touched on the other to make it appear medium rare), the loaded fries are always done the new way instead of the old way as requested, and tonight the bacon on the rock hard inedible fries was all fat and soft. I never do this, but after having to drive all the way home for the 50th time and see it has happened yet again, I don’t want anyone else to waste as much money as I have here. Same experience with the promenade location. Can’t say about the tradition one because I only ordered from there once.

Update to owner: Don’t know why, but I decided to take you up on your offer and try yet again. Burger was well done, fries and bacon were raw this time and loaded fries were done the new way instead of the old. But hey, at least they didn’t put the tomato on it this time (I’m allergic). If it was an option, I would give this place half a star. The service was so bad, that I actually felt compelled to write a review. We waited for our food for an hour, and when it finally came, one dish at a time was served. Every dish ordered had a problem with it. The hot wing sauce was pure tabasco sauce, and the anchor chili lime Wings were nothing like at other Hurricane wings restaurants. A buffalo chicken sandwich came with a SIDE of sauce, side orders were nowhere to be seen, and let's just say, hot sauce was in places where it shouldn't be. After all 12 of the orders were finally out, a simple pulled pork sandwich was still MIA. The women's bathroom simply didn't work. A pile of dishes, that were cleared by us, we're never picked up.
