Chaos-Legion Gaming — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

Can't speak to the in-store experience, but definitely advise against online orders from here, particularly for things that are hard to find elsewhere or are effectively out of print. This place may list them as "in-stock" but odds are high they aren't.

Ordered something that was listed as in-stock when I placed my order. Received an email stating a 2-4 week "processing time" (which was already suspect and as far as I can tell just means "We don't actually have the item and are hoping to get a backorder of them filled during that time"). Found similar experience from other online order customers and decided I'd just wait it out since I wasn't in a hurry for the item. A week later my same item was listed as out of stock (maybe right after I ordered?).

Finally looked at other retailers almost 2 full months later with zero communications from the Chaos Legion group. Ended up processing my refund directly through PayPal which thankfully was smooth. I did reach out to Chaos Legion to cancel my order and they replied quickly, so maybe that would have been smooth but I wasn't willing to risk it.

New place (not this retailer) I ordered from shipped maybe 2 days after my order with a verified tracking number for the same price as here.

Listing things as "in-stock" when they clearly aren't just seems like a sketchy customer experience to me. It'd be one thing if they listed items as "backordered" and/or sent any kind of updates on why something might be taking so long, but the way they handle it leaves much to be desired from an online retailer in the...

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Chaos Legion Gaming. The customer support is S tier (the best) and they had the few models in stock that companies like Amazon and even Games Workshop had listed as sold out.

Recently my mother had asked what I would like as a Christmas gift, so I searched high and low for the Warhammer models Beliel and the Dark Angels Upgrade kits. Everywhere was sold out or had month+ wait times. Finally I found Chaos Legion and they had the models in stock.

Sent my mother the information and as you would have guessed she got 2/3 right but ordered 2 chaos sorcerers rather than 2 units of space marine terminators. Well Christmas passes and she gifts me the invoice saying that they are preparing them to be shipped. I saw the chaos sorcerors and was like “ohh nooo “ lol. (Stalwart Dark Angel player here).

So I went to their website and emailed support about the situation. Keep in mind this was a Saturday night so I didn’t expect to hear back until Tuesday with any news, good or bad. Sunday morning I received a email saying it was not a problem and the order was corrected.

Customer service is everything in a world where we expect everything to be right and want it immediately. These guys are on top of their game and have a dedicated customer now.

Easily the best store for any of your tabletop gaming needs. The guys who run it are super friendly and approachable and always cut you the best deals. If they don't have what your looking for they can easily order it in or ship it straight to your house. They also have some great used stuff too! So if you wanna start that new warhammer army you've been eyeing but buying all those models brand new makes your wallet cry chances are they've got the models your looking for in the used section at a much discounted rate. Additionally if your looking to switch to a new army yourself you can always sell them your army for store credit and get those new miniatures you've been wanting a lot easier too. Just sold off my necron force myself to get some skaven and they managed to snag me all the best deals they could and gave me dealers choice for any of the models they had in store. All in all if your looking to buy new, used, trade in your old army for a different one or just looking to play a game or two they've got you covered on all fronts. They also have some great tables and nice terrain and regularly host tournaments and events ranging from competitive to casual and anything in between.
