Scented Dragon — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

I just had a terrible experience!! First, I arrived at 10am, owner did not arrive until 10 minutes later and did not apologize for being late. I asked him if had rhodanite (gemstone) - which had been recommended for me. He told me that they had just gotten it in but was in the back and could probably not get to it until noon.(very dismissive tone) He said they had not had it for 6 months. While he was in the back I found a container of rhodanite that was marked crystal skulls (which were to the left of container) I asked if that it was rhodanite I had found, he said yes. Again no apology. I had also found a rhodanite pyramid and went I went to ask if that too was rhodanite he had turned his back on me and was helping another customer. Lastly, I saw a sphere which was CLEARLY rhodanite and he told me it was not in spite of my KNOWING it was I am the LAST person in the world to speak out when I am not treated well. I always eat the cold soap, the bad meal, etc and it is one of my life mission to learn self-expression. I finally said, "Ok, I am not happy with how I've been treated." He did not allow me to finish, became highly defensive. I had not raised my voice at all! I am a certified meditation teacher, therapist and hypnotherapist and very kind and gentle I am shaking from the poor form which was demonstrated to me by him. . I have the two stones out in the sun right now hoping that the energy from my experience can be cleared so they are of value to me. I left my other products there b/c the energy there was horrid. Truly shaken. Beautiful things. Terrible...

Absolutely horrible! Never even stepped foot in the store even though I’ve been meaning to. Keep feeling the need to cancel before each time I plan to go and now I know why. Called and spoke to a horrible man named John who proceeded to tell me what I need after talking to me for 3 secs and further went on to insult me and speak to me as if he knew me. What audacity! This is why mainstream people avoid “woo woo” people and think we’re crazy. People like this who ruin it for the rest of us who are actually true intuitive people trying to live out our mission here and do it authentically and with integrity. Sadly even the most powerful ones need help sometimes, so people like this take the opportunity to prey on that. Don’t tell me I need to speak to a psychic when I clearly know what’s best for me. I’ve made it this far and you know NOTHING about me or who I am. Shame on you! Boycott has commenced. I’ll tell EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON I know and will meet in the area in the future. My son had googled a store to get crystals and inscence as he has begun collecting crystals and misc stones for chakras and healing stones for misc applications, I also have recently become interested in the power of crystals so we went to the Scented Dragon when we first moved here from Washington State, the customer service is great, we usually deal with Steven and he is knowledgeable about the stones and what they can do, he is very friendly and always make a our trip into the store a great one!! We visit about once a week or two and Steven always is positive and helpful with all my 20 questions!! We enjoy browsing the store finding new treasures, we usually spend an hour or so looking at the merchandise finding those perfect stones!! Great service and a very pleasant atmosphere, we will continue to go to this store, learning something new each time!! Stop on by and find yourself a great stone or crystal for healing, prosperity, love or whatever you are looking for, it's a great place to go on a Saturday afternoon or weeknight too!!! 5+ stars...
