Latitude 26 — Restaurant in Naples

Hyatt House is one of our favorite stay-cation spots and over the years we have run into Gayle. She is a bartender at Latitude 26… her old fashions are out of this world! Hand down the best. She is super sweet and provides exceptional service. One of the weekends we stayed there was a wedding party and she was slammed with guests and she took the time to make our cocktails with love and made us feel like despite this huge crowd we were the only ones in the restaurant restaurant all while handling the crowd. Job well done, Gayle. We’ll see...

It's a hotel bar and is no different than any other hotel bar. We ordered margaritas and discovered (after drinking them of course) that they are 13 dollars each. I asked to make sure it was house tequila and not high end (as we didn't ask for this) and told that it was the standard price. This is not a bad bar but it's certainly not nice. Avoid, there are better bars in the area that don't think they are a Manhattan...

20% service charge on top of overpriced gas station food and the server never mentioned it. I called to let them know we were missing tartar sauce that they ensured was in the $175 take out order, and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. Talk about great service (not). No such thing as customer service anymore. Plus they still want you to tip them...
