Make it make sense, Jamba Juice!!!! My daughter and I asked if they were hiring while purchasing smoothies and the employee who often assists us stated the manager who only speaks Spanish wants her employees to speak Spanish to be able to communicate with her. I am confused because all of the menus and signs are in English. Not one are in Spanish yet the manager requires employees to speak Spanish to communicate with HER???!!!! This is pure ridiculousness and I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again. Makes no sense and I am disgusted at this craziness. My daughter loves this place, however they are super bad with customer service. According to them the company rules doesn’t allow them to customize their products. They do have a Belgian waffle and I wanted to add nutella they first told me they can’t sell a side of nutella has to be on top of the waffle, the following day they told me they don’t sell it with nutella, as per them “company rules”.Mind you it is for a kid and I am ok paying for the topping, or the side it is sad to see customer satisfaction is no longer a priority...

My boyfriend and I love this place, always on point! But this time around, it was especially good! My boyfriend got the Greens N' Ginger smoothie with extra ginger, and I tried out the Acai Primo Bowl, not only was it all absolutely delicious, but gorgeous 🤩

On the receipt our cashier/crafter's name is Kathleen, not sure if it was her who served us. But she mentioned that she was Haitian and we had a conversation about spicy peanut butter.
