Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Service was terrible. I bought a drink via online pick up order and needed to brake a 5$ so I asked the manger and he said because I didn’t pay in cash he wouldn’t break it. Mind you I am a paying customer and they messed up my drink. Wasn’t complaining super nice about it. Figured I’d get the same kindness and understanding back. I could see if I wanted to break a large bill but they had enough in the tip jar alone to break it several times over. It’s that kind of petty “policy” that has me leaving no tip. The staff are kind and friendly. I always feel connected with them when they ask about my day and such. Everything is kept tidy and clean. I know my drinks are in good hands.
