Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

The Lake Mary location is the BEST! I came on Friday with the 2 little girls I Nanny for. We all got small cones, & the cashier was nice enough to ask if I wanted less on the cones for the girls (they normally put WAYYYY more ice cream than is customary on each cone 😅)! She gave the 3 yr old a cone w/maybe an inch or so of ice cream visible on top, & the 2 yr old got a tiny one w/maybe a ½ inch of ice cream visible on top! It was the PERFECT amount for both girls according to their age & was a LOT less of a mess to clean up afterward (plus easier for them to hold)! 😂 I think she must've put some of their portion onto mine, because mine was also a size small, but was HUGE! 😋

We had such a nice, relaxing time sitting at the tables & eating our ice cream together, & the 3 yr old stated that it was "the BEST chocolate ice cream [she] has EVER eaten"!! 🤣 Those messy little faces gave me such a chuckle, & our little ice cream pit stop put the perfect finishing touch on our day at the park (after lunch, of course)!

I should mention that I also came the week prior w/my Lab! I got a swirl cone for me, & my Lab got a small vanilla ice cream in a cup! He was in HEAVEN, & now whenever we drive by Jeremiah's on the way to his daycare, he starts whining & pawing @ the window, so I'll have to definitely bring him back some evening this week after I pick him up from daycare (as long as he's been a good boy all day, which I don't think will be a problem LoL)! I usually do buy him the special dog ice cream from Publix or Winn-Dixie, but I don't think it hurts for him to have some plain vanilla once in awhile! You have a customer for LIFE w/him,...

The last 3 times we’ve been to this location, the service has been passive aggressive and rude. The first time the line was around the building and the employees were slammed. We ordered online to help them out and maybe speed up their drive through line a bit. When we got to the window and said “we placed a mobile order to try and help y’all out” the girl on the other side of the kitchen rolled her eyes, threw something down, and said “omg that’s so stupid. I guess I’ll go ahead and make it”

The second time, we asked for no lids, we’re handed a bag with two items in it, both with the lids busted off and our ice cream spilled all over the bag.

Tonight, we earned a free medium item and the cashier caught an attitude about how we still have to pay a dollar for the sprinkles that came on the frosted animal cookie. We told her don’t worry about the sprinkles it’s not important enough to swipe a card for $1. She then rolled her eyes and said “well he already started making it so there’s gonna be sprinkles” then again hands us a bag with the lid busted off….

It’s almost comical how disrespectful and rude the employees at this location are. We NEVER had issues when we frequented the Winter...

February 13, 2025 We stopped by many times in the last months. Always great service and delicious treats.

We have a hard time driving by Jeremiah's and not stopping to enjoy & treat ourselves. We particularly liked the Candy Cane gelati. Looking forward to next Christmas when they have it again.

December 3, 2019 Our wish as come true. It's Christmas time again and they have the Candy Came Gelati. I also tried the Gingerbread. Great taste. The great staff of young people are always so energetic kind.

12-28-19 We couldn't stay away! Somehow, our car goes there all by itself when we drive by. Of course, we had a have the Candy Cane Gelati. Always a great team. It's fun to give their gratuities to them in the college fund container.

1-14-20 Back Again! I don't know what happened, but my car automatically turned into Jeremiah's as I aproached Sun Dr. in Lake Mary. 8-8-24 With as hot as it has been, Jeremiah's is a very welcome place to stop and cool off one of their delicious Gelatos.
