Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

The gelatis, ice and soft serve were great and Five star. There were 4 of us and one had mixed soft serve, one just ice and two gelati. All were generous portions and delicious!! I have been to this location about 4 times and the only problem has been the wait period. The only problem, and I hate to complain, is that FREE SAMPLES cause the wait time in-line to be so much longer. The line is outside and still has 6 foot pandemic spacing. With people ordering samples of 26 flavors the wait to be served is delayed especially with indecisive people. I would suggest they have a separate sample line/window or take down the FREE SAMPLE advertising and only do so if a customer asks. The problem with advertising free is everyone wants it. Don't display it and if a customer asks "what does it take like" even though the name on most flavors is self explanatory, then offer the free...

They DISCONTINUED the Military Discount?

I am not sure why, but as a Veteran I make it a point and often go out of my way to give my business to Veteran Friendly establishments.

In this case I drove about 8 miles out of my way to visit this Jeremiahs. I might think twice about it next time and visit somewhere Veteran minded.

Original Post: There is no sign on the road to direct you to this location. It is next to 5R BBQ restaurant. They give free samples which is good for people sampling but not so great for those behind them in line who know what they want,

A good thing is the military discount, so if you have a valid military ID, show it. (UPDATE SEPT 2018= MILITARY DISCOUNT IS GONE)

The seating area is in a garage setting, bathrooms...

Yum! Did not think that italian ice and ice cream would be so good together, but it is! The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and explained the menu and ordering to us as it was our first time.

I went with a small size gelati: scoop froggy frog (mint chocolate chip) with chocolate soft serve. Soooo good! They had so many flavor options. My son went with a root beer Italian ice with vanilla soft serve. He basically made a root beer float lol. It was really good too. They really pile it on high when filling the cup. I thought the small was more than enough for one person.

Seating only outdoors. They have some fans going so it's not too hot. Will definitely visit more often when I am...
