Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

The place to go for Italian ice, ice cream, or Gelati! I’ve tried about everything on the menu and I can undoubtedly say that they know what they are doing! It’s all delicious! Don’t believe me? Well just go and try a few samples and I promise you’ll be falling in love!

The sizes are quite generous! I usually get a small and it hits the spot without me feeling like I needed more. Both the chocolate and vanilla ice cream is very delicious!

Here is a tip: Get a tub, it’s cheaper and you’ll have Jeremiah’s for days! :-)

Lines do get long at certain times, but the wait is usually bearable as they typically have 3-4 registered open. The staff is very kind and respectful.

Make sure you sign up for the rewards program for well rewards.

Oh and don’t forget the toppings! It adds so much more with the right topping!

In short, their product is delicious, but the customer service is consistently poor.

Their lines are always long - I'm not sure why they don't hire more staff and/or consider sending someone out to take orders remotely while people wait in line. This time I ordered online to avoid the wait, which ended up feeling like a comedy of errors. First, their website wouldn't allow me to pay with my Jeremiah's gift cards. (It had a spot to add a gift card, but didn't accept either of mine and didn't explain why.) Then, there was no designated place to pick up online orders once you arrive. (The whole reason I placed the order online was to avoid waiting in line...Thankfully someone let me step in to ask.) Once I finally spoke to an employee, they said my order wasn't ready yet. (No explanation or apology, even though my pick-up time had already passed 5-10 minutes earlier.) I forgot to check the time when it was ready, but again, no apology or explanation.

It's disappointing because this place feels like it has so much potential, but the customer experience...

I’m an frequent customer at Jeremiah’s ice. However I had the worst experience last night. It was around 9 pm, close to closing so the line was quite long. I understood the wait time would be long. However, one particular blonde associate called her friend out of the back of the line, took her order in under a few minutes and then proceeded to an abnormally long time to make my order. I asked for a gelati(Cookie Butter, cookies and cream, with brownie batter and swirl ice cream) I requested brownie batter on the top but I wasn’t too picky in the order. However, I received brownie batter, cookies and cream, cookie butter and cake batter. One layer had vanilla ice cream and one layer had swirl. I’m not a picky person however I was very upset at the item I had received last night.
