If I could give my experience here a zero I would. I have been obsessed with Jeremiahās for a few years now and have always loved it, especially the Carrollwood location. Iāll start off by saying the design of this is completely ridiculous-walking in with the ordering counter right there-a huge line with no direction of where to go or where to stand-multiple people were asking āis this the line? Where are we supposed to stand? Thereās two registers but I donāt see two lines..ā I understand that they are brand new and are trying to work out the kinks. I totally get that. The fact that there were about ten people working behind the counter including what seemed to be the owner AND a trainer and not one person acknowledged anyone walking in or directing them on where to stand to order. Before even ordering, my boyfriend kept saying letās just leave because it was just so unpleasant. As I said, I love Jeremiahās and just wanted to give them a chance. I shouldāve listened to him. The person who made my ice cream, made it very sloppy and it was already falling over in the cup. He was bringing it up to the counter and the girl that took the order standing at the register bumped into the ice cream with her arm. The OWNER said to him āitās fine, just wipe it off and top it off with new ice cream.ā He was wiping off the ice cream for about five minutes while we stood there and watched. There was a huge crowd of people there and we didnāt want to make a scene, so we just took the ice cream and left. I was so disgusted that I had two bites and threw it away, which I never do because it is one of my favorite desserts to eat. I wonāt be returning to this location. The owner not acknowledging the issue and not apologizing and just telling the worker to wipe the top off and refill it is absolutely appalling to me, especially because customer service should be the number one priority being a brand...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really liked this, then one day I bought an ice and there was a nail clipping in it, so I don't eat there anymore.. My wife didn't believe me, but I have been biting my nails since I was a kid. I know what a fingernail feels like in my mouth. Regardless, my wife still gets Ices there. I went in to get her one, and I told a gentleman that I thought was the owner he was the only adult in a roomful of kids. I don't know if he didn't care or didn't believe me, but I wasn't looking to get anything from him.
The owner reached out to me directly, and my wife had me go get her an ice yesterday. He was just getting there, and we had a nice long conversation along with his manager he didn'trecal my mentioning it to him but to be fair I was going through the drive thu at the time and like I had said earlier he may have not heard me. Based on our conversation and how much he clearly values customer service, as much as his product, i have to believe him when he says he didn't hear me. They were truly concerned about my complaint. We discussed their policies to ensure things like this don't happen. I complemented him on how customer centric his young staff is. The store is always clean. It was a great experience overall. Thanks for taking the time to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame to this location like I always do because itās right outside of my neighborhood (westchase). I took my daughter and nephews for a treat for the last of summer break before school started. We walk in the kids were excited, we were the only ones in there there was one employee standing at the counter and she immediately walks to the back and starts talking to the other two employees one male and one female. The male comes out to take our order, I asked him if she didnāt want to work and he said Iām sorry for her actions. Maybe two minutes later two other families walk in (Caucasian) and the employee who didnāt want to wait on us immediately comes out to help the other two families. I get along with everyone and I wasnāt going to leave a review but, my daughter said to me āDad if sheās going to work in customer service she shouldnāt be racistā. Iām the last one to play the race card but it was so obvious. My money is green and my house is just as big if not bigger than the Caucasian patrons she was so anxious to help. Iāll never patronize this business again, itās unfortunate however there are other businesses that would gladly accept my money and at-least pretend to be happy that Iām patronizing their...
