Definitely a place you have to unwrap your food in the restaurant to look at what they gave you because following basic sandwich making instructions isn't something this restaurant can do.
Gotta love driving home and biting into your food to realize that it isn't your sub or even food that you eat in my case. Call for a refund and get offered a free sub next time well great solution to me being hungry right now and across town.
Top if off we stopped by because they had a thing w the local school to donate a portion of profits to the school and when i wanted a refund they had to mention how my refund would hurt the schools money raised. Trashy move i just wanted dinner not all this extra.
I got no refund which is fine because i wanted to support the school afterall just wish i was eating my correct order, instead of giving you money, not getting to eat what i paid for and then you donating a portion of that to the school, i could have just donated to the school directly
I love Jersey Mike's btw just not...
Read moreI heard great things about this place from a couple of coworkers of mine back in the day. I finally get around to trying the place out, and it is not as packed as I thought it would be. When I arrived it was in the afternoon around 2pm and there was only two customers in the shop. The women making the subs had glaring problems and rude attitudes. I ordered a cold cut combo, you know the usual ham and cheese with some turkey. As I ordered, I asked for lettuce and tomato's, pickles and onions. The girl seemed like she hated her job and life, and had an attitude every time I asked for another vegetable. It became literal hell when I asked for a LITTLE oil and vinegar on my sub. You ever personally see the Niagara oil falls? The girl proceeded to drown my sub like the U.S. navy. I ended up paying around $12 for that sandwich and regret not going to Subway. If you like soggy bread and expensive foot longs, this...
Read moreThought we would give them a try. Walked in and observed workers making multiple sandwiches on cutting board. Lettuce would fall off sub and was tossed back into lettuce bin for the next sub. Then watched as she went to register with gloves on then into the kitchen. Finally we placed our order and another young lady started our subs. The young lady at the register left the register, did not change gloves and went directly to adding lettuce to our sub. We called her out and all she said was I did not handle money...we stood right there and watched her all over the register and directly to our sub. Making multiple subs on a cutting board soaked in oil and vinegar is very unsanitary. We will not be back for a second chance. If this is how they train employees to make subs we will never visit a Jersey Mike's. Put a sandwich paper down to...
