Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Mouthwatering....

That's the best word to describe Jersey Mike's Subs! This is one seriously good sub shop. In fact, my whole family loves this place, even my picky eater. My whole family has agreed that Jersey Mike's is way better than subway! The service at Jersey Mike's has always been fantastic at every visit. The employees behind the counter have always interacted well with the customers, they even joke around at times, but they are always polite and friendly. The place is clean, and every time we've been there we've always seen the employees following safe food handling rules. Not only are they clean, but the prices are also decent for what you get, and in my opinion, you get quite a bit. We've never had any issues with our order, they always listen and get it right the first time. Almost every time we go, my family likes to order the Italian sub or meatball sub, but the Italian is definitely a favorite of ours. For a family of 5 we usually order 2-3 large 12 inch subs to share. We like to have leftovers to munch on later. Sometimes, I'll actually crave the Italian sub and all it's juicy goodness. Another thing I love about this place is that they never skimp you on the meat and condiments, unlike what I've experienced at a few of the subways around Florida.

Also, for those worried about the complaints regarding the mistake with the coupon, I wouldn't hold this one error against them. Don't use it as a reason not to try this place out. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone deserves a second chance, right? Don't base your decisions on trying this place on a couple of negative reviews just because of a coupon error. If you do, you'll be missing out on some great, mouthwatering subs! I meant come on, how many fast food places can you honestly say have mouthwatering food? Seriously, think about it, how many? Not many, at least not in my opinion. I can't say it enough, Jersey Mike's Subs has the best mouthwatering Subs in Northern Florida! And no, I am not exaggerating and I don't work for them, nor do I know anyone employed there. I just really LOVE their subs! I'll definitely be going back there in the near future, I need me another Italian Sub! I'm drooling just...

The food was not done after being told 15 mins we waited 25 minutes to leave to get it and it was still not done… Definitely was not busy there was no one in the store waiting

A gentleman that made the sandwiches wearing the same gloves, touching the nasty door handles, going back in and remaking another sub without changing his gloves out very disgusting This was addressed one time before, and this is why we stopped coming here obviously y’all still don’t have the perfect standard jar was supposed to

Anytime any of your crew comes out from behind that register area they should be changing out their gloves no matter what it’s very disgusting to me. The diseases and viruses going around should be taken care of your customer is way better and a lot more sanitary……

Told the manager couldnt accomodate a platter for a party we were hosting. So we loaded up, drove to the store and had to order all our food individually. (Wouldve been easier to make a platter).while inside we explained to the "managerx on duty what was going on, how we always ordered platters from them(at least once a month) and tipped very well.. Lil mrs emo mgr with a nose ring and pink hair(which i more than wanted to rip out due to her snotty attitude) muttered under her breath that they "make good money and dont need our tip".. Luckily there is a new location opening closer, hipefully mgmt will be a little more observant of their employees..
