Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

OK so theONLY reason it even gets stars is bc the pizza alone is absolutely amazing that's like six stars. Great pizza. However this god awful location has the worst customer service and people there. I don't get it. I ordered delivery a few times and they wouldn't allow it anymore bc it was out of their new radius by .8miles! They stated the only reason they delivered previously was bc they must've not been busy. Oh gee Their manager would not allow them to deliver food to previous paying customers like myself Bc of the new rule and they'd get into trouble....great customer service. I even offered to pay more for this radius difference and they were super snooty and rude about it. Ok get it. Gone in and got rude service also. Good grief. Oh and not to mention the doofus that did deliver a couple of times didn't know how to count. That or he thought I didn't and ripped me off by over tipping himself and shorting me change. They're (I'm not assuming all the employees but I've encountered three different ones so far) condescending and ignorant. I honestly wish they were better about hiring who works for them Bc id...

First & last visit to Jets Pizza Hunt Club/Apopka. Pizza was respectable. Manager on duty is not trustworthy. I arrived on time for pick up & my pizza was ready. In fact, it was never made. I ordered @ 9:26 pm. Upon arrival at 9:46 pm, it appeared my order was still on the printer to be made. The three people on site were busy cleaning & counting the register drawer but did not have time to prepare my order to go in the oven. I asked specifically if my Pizza had been made, & was told "Yes, In the oven, 7-8 minutes". I then watched the manager make the pie and put it in the oven. I did not have my order in hand until 11:00 pm. Do mistakes happen? Yes, but own it. Do not lie about it. Error on my part as well, but lessons learned. First, never prepay. Yes it does speed up the check out process, but it also allows the restaurant, in this case Jetts/Apopka, to hold you hostage instead of offering a refund before they began making the pie, $22. I have ordered from this Jets Pizza in Apopka many times, but the service recently is slipping. I placed a large order for our large family via the Jets Pizza app on my phone. It didn't give me the option to tip, so i had planned on tipping the delivery driver when he got here, as I always do. When i answered the door, i was not greeted by a hello but rather the comment "How did u order because I don't see the tip on here?" He didn't give me my food until i added a tip (which he didn't deserve) I told him that it didn't give me the option on the phone and his response was, "Other people have done it so I know it can be done. Well you can do it now" as he handed me the receipt to sign. After adding the $5 undeserved tip, he looked at the tip and said "Add 5 dollars to the bill, okay". No thank you or have a good night. So rude!

Update: 09/21/ 2016 The manager called me personally after reading the review and offered a $10 credit on my account and to apologize for the delivery driver. Have ordered many times since then and am very pleased with the service. I always love their pizza, it...
