It's 11:58 PM on a Friday night, I set an order that was supposed to arrive at 11:18 PM which did not arrive. So after thirty minutes of the order being late, I called at 11:48 PM to get a status and received only what can be described as some of the most immature, unprofessional manager berating -me- for an honest mistake their driver made. Not only did the manager I was speaking with inform me that the driver went to the wrong house and whose owners said they did not order the pizza, I was given the rudest tone as this "manager" informed me that it was my fault that I didn't answer the door to the wrong address. Keep in mind that the manager confirmed my address and after I explained that it's not my fault the driver made an honest mistake he moved to throw his driver under the bus, telling me that he's new and that he knocked on the door but I didn't answer. How can I answer a knock to the wrong address? Keep in mind I placed a delivery request to leave it at my door, via online. But the topping on all this is that the manager simply set the phone aside mid conversation and wouldn't respond. So I called back, and another female manager answered who was very professional and apologetic about the male manager's conduct. I'm so disappointed that management at the Brandon location feel it necessary to become combative over the phone when a customer inquires about an order not received and is verified that the driver made a simple mistake. The female manager informed me that morning management would call me tomorrow on 5/23/2021 to discuss this incident. I will follow up with the result of that conversation. I very much feel bad for whoever works under the manager I spoke with, shifting blame to the staff and taking no ownership while being rude and dismissive is something I really hope the Franchise owner at the Brandon location does not tolerate. First Update: 12:11 PM, got a cold pizza despite being told it would be remade, I did -not- get the wings I ordered and was given a 2 liter of pepsi because that somehow makes up for it? Superb...
Read moreI’m pretty sure this place is a scam or a cover operation. I think they need to be audited. Every time I go, my credit card is declined. I tried someone else’s card and that was also declined. Just 10 minutes before, my card worked at Publix, and, after leaving Jets, my card worked at a gas station. Anyway, 5 attempts later, each with a different card all active and with money, the staff had no suggestion for their terminal not working, just that I couldn’t have my lunch. They have a sign that says credit cards cut into their profit. I’m not sure if I believe their terminal isn’t working, I think they just don’t want to take credit cards. I’ll be reporting this. There’s no reason the order couldn’t have been placed online and paid for that way if their terminal isn’t working. For this place to have an issue with their terminal and the customer to suffer for it… awful business. This happened a month ago, too. The guys working wouldn’t even let me speak with a manager. Luckily then I had cash on me and just went on my way because I was in a rush and already spent 15 minutes there for a pick up. My advice, if you plan on paying with a credit card, go to any other jets location. Read moreMy very first experience here was rather frustrating. I placed an online order for a pick up time of 10pm. When I arrived at the store at 9:57pm, 3 minutes prior to the closing time, the door was locked. I advised the employee that I was picking up my order. She opened the door and advised me that they do not have a pick up order. I showed her the receipt for my online order confirmation for a pick up time of 10pm. She then said "oh yeah, I do remember seeing an online order but we threw it out". I am not sure if she threw the ticket out or threw the food out. She further indicated that she did not see a pick up time. Despite the fact that there was no pick up time, I still paid for it and the online oder has my phone number. Nobody called to see if and when I was picking up my paid order. My order was not going to be re-made at 9:57pm, 3 minutes prior to closing time, she indicated she will place an account credit so we can re-order another time. It's good that I at least get the food I paid for already on a different day. However, we get off of work late hence the pick up time of 10pm. Not only I made a trip there for nothing but also I had to go get food elsewhere.
