KFC — Restaurant in Florida

Not one to typically post reviews but will not be returning to this location ever again. Would rather drive an additional 10-15 mins to the Cape Coral location for better service and food. Went to pick up some dinner for my family as it was a lazy Sunday evening. Got to the drive thru and employee was very rude who took my order. Mind you I try to give people the benefit of doubt and still be nice because maybe they’re having a bad day. They were out of Mac n cheese and after paying was told to drive around front and park by the front door to wait for my food. I had politely asked for condiments in which the employee at the window looked at me, rolled her eyes and said she’ll put it in the bag. I thanked her and drove around. Another employee came out to bring my food and I checked the bag there was no condiments and the corn was extremely dried up and burnt. I parked and walked inside and said excuse me to the employee who brought my food out and politely asked if I could substitute the corn for fries instead because the corn was very dry (not even a drop of liquid) He went to the manager who just so happened to be the employee at the window working the drive through and he asked her and she said “ugh just give it to her!” I thanked him and left home. Once I got home to serve plates I opened the bucket of chicken and all the breading on the chicken was falling off and super mushy. My mash potatoes had no gravy. Literally the only good thing I can say we ate was the fries because they were fresh. Maybe they were understaffed, maybe they were having a bad day but for almost $50 worth of food I was better off buying something else or making something easy for...

NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning!!! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn’t do anything or intervene to help me. She just stood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don’t want to fix my food you don’t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn’t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that’s why I spoke letting him know hey don’t make it if you're going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that they have to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! In front of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don’t want to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, so disgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at like your some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You’ll be on the toilet for years! You’re welcome and god bless! The employees at this location are so lazy nothing is ever ready only the chicken that has been sitting out for awhile that’s stale even fries and other sides are not fresh . The drive thru people are always unprofessional they answer the microphone like hello!! Lol like how about saying welcome to kfc how can I help you . Not yell HELLO! Then keep the microphone on and talk to other people in the store and ignore you while your trying to order . I put in so many complaints at this location management never fixes the issues here . What sucks is kfc when made well and fresh it’s actually good ; but the don’t care attitude of employees hired makes the food terrible and experience terrible . Yes kfc has been around for years and yes it’s fast food but if you had the chick fila mentality or customer service kfc could be so much more . I try giving this place a chance but everytime I come back they either shut their lights early or say they don’t have menu items or chicken ready just yo almost seem to discourage helping you or you coming back . KFC corporate please fix this location and hire...
