5 STARS! The endless sushi with tempura is (usually) the BEST! The sushi really doesn't get any fresher or tastier (normally)! The tempura is crispy, hot, and made to order with a great gingery dipping sauce! Mushrooms, beans, onions, sweet potato, and chicken! The Thai food is luxuriously decadent! Try the creamy, coconutty panang curry and the luscious Tom Ka Gai soup (it sucked last week)! Definitely a prime date spot and beautifully decorated! The staff is so kind (only when the owner's son is there) and the service is top notch (but not last week)! Another option is take-out to be snuck into the movie theater or enjoyed at home in your underpants! I've done both! Delightful little place!
*Update: Dined in the other day. The usual amazing service was severely lacking. The young gentleman who regularly serves wasn't there. I believe he was replaced by his less competent, MUCH less friendly older sister. The sushi was slow and sloppily prepared. The yummy soup was bland and missing key ingredients. Usually my favorite place to eat often but it's time to take...
Read moreVery nice people but the Sushi was pretty bad.. The rice in the Sushi was overcooked and very pasty tasting. The fish was oddly warm instead of cold. The Fish wasn't fresh and It looked and tasted like i didn't get the best cuts/ parts of the fish.. For the price they charge I expected quality Sushi atleast standard quality but this was not the case. For two people it was $50.00 plus tax and it was not even worth half that. I've had better Sushi at All you can eat $10 chinese buffets.
Unfortunately I went with all the Positive review's and overlooked the negative. If your reading this and still plan on going then please try an individual roll priced separately before going for the all you can eat. Better to lose $10.00 on a roll than $25 on all you can eat for one person if you dont even like it. Also Not all their Sushi is available for the All you can eat price..The more expensive fish/sushi they have is an additional charge! Hope this...
Read moreDisappointment - won't return I get this might be okay for Midwesterners that have no idea what good Thai food is... as a venture into 'ethnic' foods once a month, but the green curry is really terrible. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. Actually I'd have had no idea that it was supposed to be curry had I not ordered it. If you are used to good solid Thai from bigger cities that have to deliver an authentic product to their customers. Stay away. I've no opinion on their sushi and the front of the house people were nice enough. Appeared clean and tidy there. To put it into context.... A $3 frozen curry from Trader Joe's is okay in a pinch and wildly trumps the dish that i had...
