The RUDEST customer service , I ordered thru drive thru and the girl that was taking my order was just rude . Everything I order was out . Instead of saying "sorry ma'm we are out , BUT this is what we have left " ... she said "out ... out .. nope out" .. not professional at all .. she seems to be in a rush .. when I finished ordering she didn't say pull up to the window or nothing . Just plain rude . I ended up parking my car and going inside to speak to a manage , when I walked in , she was at the window and looked at me then walked to the back and had 2 guys come out with my order . I then asked the 2 guys who's the manager here and they said her ... I was completely shocked .. I then said "how the hell did she become manager?" They then asked me "why is there a problem ?" I said oh yes there is a problem , she was rude and has an attitude to me for no reason . I then asked for her name , and the one guy walked away and the other one ringing me up was stuck with telling me her name . Not sure if it's her name of not . Even if she's even a manager .. He said her name was Brie .. the guy that rang me up , his name was Jahill .. I told if she is the manager I will be calling corporate . So I am leaving this review , hoping that the owner knows who they have running their shop . I recommend anyone that wants donuts (variety .. assorted) to not come to this location because they have nothing , they only make the glazed donuts fresh there . They were cleaning and sweeping at noon-ish š¤¦š»āāļø They said they close at 10pm but everything I ordered , they were out and it was only around lunch time . This is not my normal location I go to . My location is in Lakeland . I will not be coming back to Brandon location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt first, I thought a Muggle like me would not be able to enjoy your new Harry Potter doughnuts. I couldn't help but think this, as you never had any made. Finally, as if magic, I checked the app and saw your Brandon location actually had some. As I went in, wand at the ready (well, credit card, but same thing, as they both make things you want a reality), I asked the employee if the Harry Potter doughnuts were considered the same as all the others if I ordered an assortment. He assured me they were and even suggested I get 4 of each. Sounded good to me. After all, he was the Dumbledore in this transaction. However, when the price was presented, it would have been $47.88 for a dozen of them! I am not ashamed to say that spiders used to be my boggart; however, that has now been replaced with Krispy Kreme. Needless to say, I exited Knockturn Alley as quickly as I could (wand secured) and headed to Diagon Alley (aka Dunkin Doughnuts) where the doughnuts are not nearly as magical, but they are definitely much...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreso I see a special for their birthday that says 78 cents for your second dozen. I am standing in a line for 20 minutes with at least 20 people behind me, and the manager comes up and says sorry there are no rain checks Because the donuts are out. I asked, So there is limited quantity? She said yes. When you look at the ad it clearly does not say limited quantity. They should have given some type of rain check for the 40 people standing in the store rather than shooting them away with "sorry but you snooze you lose". I own a business and if my manager handles my customers that way she would be fired. I would have been a first time customer So at this point apparently I will not be one ever. Horrible customer service handling a promotion one star is too much. if I run a special at my business I make sure that I am fully supplied and if I am NOT I make sure that I accommodate my customers for a future experience so that I can have them in the future. This store is completely...
