Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

7/18/2022 After visiting this store for the last 2-3 weeks, at least 3 times a week I can definitely say: So far, they are the best in the city of Miami Dade. I have over 8 years visiting Starbucks, over 100 stores so far, and the best French Vanilla I had is from this location. I have observed the process in details and noticed all my coffee have been made by different staff member, but never lost quality or tasted different. I am very sure they do follow the standard procedures and of course, I did congratulate them everyday and let then know how I appreciate the quality of their work. This Starbucks location exceeded my expectations. The place is well located, with easy access through 88st, parking is available as well as wheelchair access. The facility offers inside and outside seating. The waiting time is less than few minutes. The staff is very professional and efficient. They are able to handle high volume of clients without inconvenience and always smiling faces. The ambiance is good. The music is not loud and allows us to study, read, or even work. The drink has a good taste always, however due to the affluence of the place they may run out of some ingredients, but kindly give you options and rewards on Starbucks app. I have been able to get free products multiple times for using my Starbucks app and applying the stars in my account. Services they offer: online orders for pick up or dinning in, curbside, delivery, drive through, inside and outside dinning. I think this is one of my favorite and at the same time my most convenient location. Without a doubt, this will be my most visited location and the place for enjoying a sip...

In term of Starbucks, I generally skip this location. I have tried to get them to do a Grande Salted Cream, Cold Foam w/ Cold Brew and on multiple occasions they end up doing something different. Additionally they are not very supportive of customer experience. I am not on to complain but the baristas her "as a generalization" on multiple occasions have not been very interested in making sure the customers are happy.

I have never had this issue at any other Starbucks, and do to traffic patterns i tend to pass right by there around that time when im craving my daily fix. I find myself saying maybe this time theyll get it right ... they dont.

In terms of seating and space, its very small and not worth staying inside. Not much of an "experience" drive a couple miles up north and just go to another local.

I had visited this store on other occasions without any issues, friendly staff. Today I had a Lady by the name of Claudia (tall, wearing glasses). She did not look at me at all as she was taking the order; she communicating in spanish to the other employees as she was taking my order; she did not ask for my name; I specifically told her no cheese on my sandwich as I am allergic. I preceded to sit and wait and after a more than normal waiting time I asked another employee for my order, since it had no name it was seating by the drive thru window, not an apology from her only the other employee apologized. I sat to start having my breakfast and on the first bite I realized that my sandwich had cheese. I approached her and she took it, said nothing and proceded to warm-up another one, again no apologies at all. I asked, don't we come to Starbucks for the quality not only on ther product...
