Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The "manager" Christopher R, if he even is a manager, is the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Employees not even in uniform wearing bucket hats and taking their shoes off. Texting on their phones and chatting with each other while my one order of Italian cheese bread takes 25 minutes to be made. It was not busy. I've worked as a shift leader at little Caesars for years and that's ridiculous. When confronted, Christopher mostly just stared blankly at me, and basically said its not his problem, to which I responded because he is the manager it actually IS his problem. No apologies, no follow ups, no taking my name for my order, no offering the crazy bread, and not even offering it after it was brought up. He stared at me blankly, walked away, never acknowledged me again even though I had stood there for several minutes waiting for him. Get rid of this guy. He can't even...

Ordered a pizza through doordash. Now before you say that this is a "door dash problem" it is most DEFINITELY NOT. I ordered through Door Dash at 8:45pm in hopes to get off of work to a pizza. An hour later my pizza was still not delivered and a dasher was waiting there for awhile. The dasher left of course since they were waiting FOREVER. Another dasher went and I texted her to please ask her what was going on and to please not leave until she gets the pizza since they would be closed by the time I got off. I even called the store twice; no answer. Now it is after 11pm and still have NO pizza. Some of you may say this is a first world problem but try working a 12 hour shift and waiting to come home to a delicious pretzel pizza and be LET DOWN. This is the service I would expect from Papa Johns not somewhere that claims to have Hot n Ready pizzas. Disappointed is an...

I don't go here often, their portal was down normally so the food is usually warm/hot. Unsure if the "portal" just doesn't heat up food, but twice with the portal the food has been COLD. The wings felt like they came straight out of refrigerator or they tossed them in very cold sauce. Order says ready at 4:18PM, pick up at 4:26PM and the container holding the wings is cold. Get home 10 minutes later and have to stick everything in the oven. I don't know how long the chicken has been cold, but could definitely be unsafe to eat and hopefully no one gets sick in the future.

I don't have any issues with other pizza places farther away (Dominos and Hungry Howie's) with temperature. Prices and deals are good. Pizza taste fine, but poor quality control will keep me away in the future and highly unlikely...
