Local Brewing Company — Restaurant in Florida

Awful experience this past weekend. Went to a rehearsal dinner that was located at this restaurant and was not impressed whatsoever. The outside, side patio was supposed to be reserved and set up with food and games at 7:30. I arrived around that time, and couldn’t even go to the patio because people still occupied it. I spoke to the rehearsal dinner host, and saw for myself that nothing was prepared by the restaurant. The patio was left disgusting after the host and family had to politely tell people it was reserved for a private party (because the manager wasn’t doing it), the poor waitresses/bartender had NO IDEA that this party was booked, therefore were scrambling around to get everything set up as much as they could do, all the while the manager was simply saying “I’m sorry” in the worst customer service voice I’ve ever heard. Food came out buffet style due to the number of people (which was the plan..however-) LATE, about 3-4 hours, and only a few at a time. So by the time 5-6 people went through the line the majority of the food was gone, and we had to wait 15-30 minutes for new food to arrive. Oh and to hold everyone over for those 3-4 hours they gave us chips and salsa, about 2 hours into that wait. I can’t even say the restaurant planned poorly, because it was obvious there was no planning. To reserve something WEEKS in advance, and to get the details sorted WEEKS in advance, and for NONE of it to be prepared is just plain awful. The poor host did everything right, and still nothing went well. I really hope the restaurant gets their act together, because if they keep going this way they are going to close down. The power of social media will ruin a restaurant. The managers need to go back to college and take a class in hospitality and management because they clearly are not capable of performing their job correctly. Please save yourself the money and go to a Chick-Fil-A, where the customer service and food will be actually better then this...

Oh how the mighty have fallen... This was once a great place to come to with good food, great service, wonderful atmosphere, and now it's just embarrassing... Bartender was a bag from the start. but we moved past that. We ordered some food . My wife wanted a salad with some shrimp added. The bag bartender practically barked that they didnt have shrimp. We were taken aback a litle but let that pass. I ordered the Taphouse burger cooked medium with the option to add mushrooms as noted on the menu. Again the bag bartender barked that they didnt have mushrooms, but it really didnt matter because it came out Raw, like it was slightly seared yet cool in the middle, and the "roasted roma tomatos" were cold, regular tomatos and it had 3 or 4 tiny pieces of the "deBine brown onions"... not to mention there was the option to upgrade to fries, which I really didn't want but they upgraded it for me anyway and still charged me without asking. Anyway, I sent the burger back and was told they were fixing it. My wife finished her dinner while I was still waiting. She flagged someone down to ask and it seemed like they either didnt care or just plain forgot about it. I really just stopped caring and I didnt make a big deal about it because again, it didnt seemed like they cared. I can go on and on but long story short this is the last time that we're coming back and it is incredibly sad because it was such a great place but all good things must come to an end I guess... I did get my burger to go finally and I shared it with my dog when I got home. He seemed to like it.

The Owner needs to get a round turn on this. This is the 3rd or 4th time on a row where we have been severly disappointed. What an absolutely horrible experience. Came in about 530, the crowd wasn't bad. We were seated quickly. And that's where our good service ended. Ashley (dark hair with an arm full of tattoos), apparently there is 3 and I don't want the wrong one getting the bad heat. We were at our table for a little over 2 hours and she checked on us twice. Waited over a half hour for our food, I'm sure this was not the fault of the kitchen but our lowsy server. When our check came we were told our to go order was being boxed. 25 minutes later, no box. Our server has checked on the tables around us and made sure not to Make eye contact with us. We hollered to get her attention to which she had a very nasty attitude and told me there is no reason to 'yell at her' we paid our bill and went to the front to wait for our to go order. Another a couple minutes go by and we are told again that our order is being boxed and she is waiting on the kitchen. More time passes and she bring me our Togo and with a very snarky attitude tells me 'it was sitting in the table for you' after she had already seen us waiting and the front AND acknowledged us there.
