In the area got a doctor visit about lunch time. Latin Bowl was close by so we decided to try it for lunch. I was concerned that it appeared mainly for take out because there were only a few tables. No problem though, of the six or so small tables half were empty.

Starting our annual January diet, we had already perused the menu and decided on the Chicken Rice bowl. We were very pleasantly surprised to discovered that the Thursday Special was the Chicken Rice bowl! Plus they have a military discount. We ordered our Bowls plus a side of Jalapeno queso. We could hardly believe all the choices that could be included in the Bowl. My wife took everything but olives and Avacado. I added black beans, white rice, spinach and jalapeños. We both got the Jalapeno sauce.

Amazingly our food came rather quickly, especially since there were only two girls working. The Bowls were huge. Especially my wife’s loaded one. And they were delicious! Fresh, tasty and just enough heat. Plus the Jalapeno queso was great - and about a third of the size and cost of a Mexican restaurant.

We were so pleased with the service, price and taste, we are planning on returning Sunday...

1st of all, I purchased food a total of 3 times. And every single time the order is wrong. One of the purchases was thru UberEats and you guessed it, it was wrong. Granted the bowl was tasty however it would be even better if I got what I actually ordered. For example I asked for a chicken bowl and I got beef o think or pork I don't know but it wasn't chicken and the time before that I asked for no beans what I get a bowl with beans buried under the other toppings omg I was big mad cause they like 8 miles away...I purchased 3 times trying to give them a chance because the food isn't nasty. I just want to get exactly what I ordered. I check and it appears right until you start to eat and then surprise. It's missing this or has something you asked them not to put in it. No sauce, but most importantly how did you get my chicken confused with something else I specifically said chicken it says chicken on my receipt. Check your food thru and thru to make sure before you leave it's right, if you door dash ubereat or delivery of any kind ...Good luck with getting exactly what you ordered and the Bogo offer you won't get they will...

Just went in the other day for the first time. I’m going to be as fair as possible because one of the reasons my chicken bowl wasn’t the greatest was because I ordered it with way too many ingredients.

I really wanted to give it 3 stars but because of my mistake I decided on 4. The ingredients were fresh and good, except the chicken in my rice bowl. The chicken was not a good quality cut. I could also blame this on it being lunch time and they did run out of white rice so I could have gotten the bottom of the bag, which is understandable. I need to give them another chance to make a true assessment.

The tamale I ordered was not good, I literally had one bite and had to throw it away. Again, it could have been the timing so I’ll try it one more time.
