Horrible experience! Lacey is by far the most unprofessional employee I have ever dealt with. She was under the influence of speed, or some type of drug where she couldn't stop moving. Yelled extremely loud at my family, so much so that I couldn't hear the other employee explain my order. I asked the other employee if Lacey always acts this way and she just looked at me with a blank stare, maybe she was under the influence too. What was even more shocking is there was no supervisor or manager on duty to over see the poor unacceptable behavior of the employee.To make matters worse, Lacey comes outside as we were sitting down outside eating our ice cream on her cell phone with her purse in her hand and states in a loud voice "it's alright, I'm no worried about it, They'll live" then turns and looks back at us as she's walking to her vehicle as a reference she was referring to us. She then proceeds to leave the location in an very erratic way, I moved my children away from the sidewalk as I feared for there safety. Have contacted management and still haven't heard back. Have also contacted corporate office. Beware of this location as I wouldn't want any other family to experience Lacey's erratic behavior and ruin the experience for someone else. I had a disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly aggressive in trying to upsell me—specifically pushing for larger sizes and more expensive cone options in a way that felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a casual ice cream shop.

I understand the concept of suggesting add-ons, but the level of persistence here was excessive and off-putting. Ice cream should be a low-stress, enjoyable treat—not something that comes with a hard sell. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and awkward, and frankly, not what I expect or want from this type of establishment.

Unless this approach changes, I’m unlikely to return to this location. I go out for ice cream to relax, not to feel like I’m being pressured into spending more...

I went here for my mother's birthday today and the women that helped us was very disrespectful and didn't do as we asked. She didn't chop the brownie up and my mum ended up throwing it out bc the brownie wasn't small enough to eat with ice cream. And she lied about the reward card. On the reward card it says every item that equals the smallest cup gets a star and she argued with my mum about it and only gave her 2 punches on it. Before we left I asked the other worker if a manager was there and she said no. I told her the women in the back was very disrespectful to my mother when she ordered her food and it's my mother's birthday. And she goes oh okay.
