Horrible experience in the drive-through I was asking the young man that was going to take my order what the bread options were for the chicken salad sandwich sandwiches without giving me the options, he said what do you want the chicken salad on I was confused and I said excuse me. He then immediately told me that I was rude, then proceeded to shut off the speaker and not wait on me. Then a young lady came over the speaker. A few minutes later I asked her the same question about the bread options. She gave me the options. I proceeded to order. I was going to get two meals, but then when I asked her what were the soup options she read them off so fast that I wasn’t sure what she even said. So at this point, I opted to only order two sandwiches because I was being treated so rude. I am aware that this location closes at 8:00 PM, but I just wanted to see if I would be able to be served or not when no one answered at the drive-through I drove around to see if I could make it inside and when driving past the drive-through window, I see that they switch to open sign to close, then when I went to park so that I can go inside, I saw the workers running around, pointing to another worker at the door, telling them to hurry up and lock the door so that I couldn’t get in again I don’t have an issue with them not being able to service me with me coming almost at 8 o’clock but they definitely could have handled that situation better and told me hey unfortunately we’re not able to serve you because we’re closed and not allow me to see them running to the door to shut the to lock the door and turn the open find some clothes. I ordered the grape salad - large one with extra toppings. It came with no toppings on it and two little cups of toppings on the side, which definitely is not extra by any means when the salad is advertised as 4-5 servings. It was barely 2.5 servings. I ordered the strawberry salad for the sole reason that I have been craving their poppyseed dressing since last week and of course the salad was delivered with no dressing. 🥴 Not sure what happened today, but Delivery orders should be triple checked before going out the door due to the fact that your guest is not in house.
