China Wok — Restaurant in Florida

This restaurant is a joke. I have no idea how the food tastes because it never came. We ordered delivery and waited an hour, like the website said it would take. I then called to see how much longer it would be, only to find out that they had just cancelled my order 10 minutes earlier. They gave me no explanation that made sense, and insisted that it was fine because they sent me an email and told me that I should of checked it. I informed them that it would have been better to call me, instead of making me wait the full hour. They insisted that it was fine because I wasn't charged. I checked my e-mail, and sure enough, there was one there. It was dated 50 minutes after I place the order, citing that they couldn't deliver due to the weather outside. It was slightly raining. Had I known about the problem with delivery, I would have gone to pick it up. They gave me no such option and therefore I recommend that you do not eat here. If they treat their delivery customers like that, I would hate to see how they treat...

This is our "go to spot" for Chinese. It's less than a mile from our house, and sometimes we walk up and back so we can get our exercise for the day. But it was too hot Sunday! The staff is quick to get out the orders, they are friendly and efficient, and the portions are large. We only ate half of what we ordered Sunday night, and we might finish those meals for lunch Tuesday.

Husband ordered sweet and sour pork, and I ordered the sweet and sour chicken to go. He went in to get it, so I don't know if you can still sit at one of their tables to eat. We ordered the specials for $8.95 each, which included fried rice, an egg roll and a fortune cookie. We split one egg roll Monday night, and we ate both fortune cookies. The breading for both meals was light and tasty. The fried rice was a great mix. A little dry, but the sweet sauce mixed in made it juicy.

Our only complaint is the portion of sweet sauce. It is excellent, and we wanted more. Next time we'll order an extra portion - even if we have to pay for...

Puking bourbon chix at 3 am. When I called. ONWER said no one complained except me. I called at 9 am next day lol.i have been going here for over 10 yrs. I told her i was loyal customer. And explain, I did not want to leave this review. I explained they could have the food back. I was throwing it out. She said she was owner I should go to emergency room and they would re emebursed me. That was a joke. Really. I started fealing better after puking up that chix. This place has Always been very good. But After pandemic, not so good. Everything from no delivery til after 530 , Next i didn't order enough for delivery. I live 2 blocks away. Now I'm sick. That's it . look at pictures. Chicken would not pull apart. Obviously under cooked. I hate to leave these kind of reviews. But when owner Obviously doesn't care. Leaves no choice. Everyone is not out for a free meal. I just wanted an apology , or at least acknowledgment. So others would not experience what I went thru all...
