We went here to upgrade to a phone we brought and the person who helped us out was Dillion, and he was a saint. We had major issues with transferring the phone because the previous owner was still logged in and we couldn't factory wipe it without a long and arduous journey with Apple. Yet, Dillion persisted and endured and went well above what he needed to do. Several times I personally gave up and would not have been surprised at anyone else doing the same, but he kept persisting and eventually, after 2 or 3 God forsaken hours (an hour past their closing if I recall correctly,) he had the phone switched over and working perfectly for us. I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts.
