This is another of my mixed bag reviews.

I called at 2 o’clock for a party of seven to be arriving at 4 o’clock. When we arrived we were told we would have a 30 minute wait, that sort of set the mood at that point. I waited a few minutes and I went inside told them that I was not going to stand out in the heat and that it was getting ready to storm. Let me start by saying that two weeks prior we went to another location in Tampa which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Guest relations for longhorn contacted me via text, email and telephone asking for me to please try one of their locations again and offered me a very nice size gift card. They attempted to place us in a table that was far too small, I told him I could not except that is because that is what had happened to us two weeks prior that caused a disaster. They were very accommodating and sat us at one of the large round tables which was very nice. Our server was very prompt in getting our drink orders and delivering menus, but unfortunately things went south soon after. Apparently they ran out of salad so we were told ahead of time that we should probably think of something else besides salad to go with our dinners. One of the biggest problem was my daughters dinner WAS the steak salad. We decided on some appetizers, the firecracker chicken and the cheddar mushrooms. We waited and waited and waited and waited and finally the appetizers appeared but only after I had asked somebody to please clear everything from her table as the only thing we have had thus far in the hour and 15 minutes we have been sitting there was lots of water and nonalcoholic drinks and bread. Unfortunately the cheese mushrooms were way over done, the cheese was dried up and the mushrooms were shrunken. We had NO server whatsoever so I flagged down the manager and told him to get us a new server and to please pre-bus our table. Approximately 30 minutes later my daughter finally gets her dinner which was the steak salad, but nobody else was served anything until about another 25 minutes later. Of course my daughter was not going to eat in front of her children and the steak got cold. I ordered the outlaw medium rare, it was so tough I couldn’t chew it, it had no flavor and it was way overcooked. My son-in-law ordered the Longhorn, the large one which is nearly $30 and he receive something that look like a very sad T-bone steak, it was ordered medium rare and he received medium well. Fortunately my daughter-in-law had only ordered the porkchops and they were nicely prepared. The two children ordered the chicken fingers but there was only two pieces on the plate and not nearly enough so the server brought a few more pieces (without being asked). The manager, Eric was very attentive after I brought this to his attention and replaced our two steaks and making generous adjustments to our bill. FYI, we were sat at 4pm and were not served until after 6pm and never did receive salad with...

Had a gift card left from Christmas so decided to get some grub to go this past Saturday and was disappointed. When will restaurants learn to have steam holes in their to go containers so everything is not soggy and gross??

*Big Sky Burger $15.49- Fried onions on an almost $16 burger were soggy as were the French fries, soggy with no seasoning and went in the trash. Burger was just ok & certainly not worth the almost $16 price tag!!

*Chicken tenders- these were tiny for the price point as u can see in the poc with the fork beside it for size comparison, 2 of the tenders not even as long as a regular sized fork!!, Breading was soggy and had no flavor like the flour was not seasoned at all.

Baked potato, mashed potatoes and shrimp appetizer was delicious although the shrimp was slightly soggy as well but not near as bad as the rest of the food.

Have dined in here many times and it was good but not in a LONG time as I have other favorite places for steak. Horrible experience with food to go. On a good note order was accurate and extra sauces were there as requested BUT it took approximately 8 minutes to get help at the to go counter and by that time it was approximately 10 minutes past my scheduled time for pick up and order was still not ready.

Moving from 2 to 3 stars: Gave this place another try by dining in as they provided us with a $40 gift card due to our previous visit.

Boyfriend and I both ordered Margaritas which were better than average and we REALLY enjoyed them!

Bread service came out first and was ok but nothing great or special.

We both ordered the 12 oz Ribeye, my steak came out cooked a perfect rare as ordered but my boyfriends MR steak came out looking shriveled up and was more MW so he had to get another one. They brought out his new steak and it was rare instead of MR but he said that was fine and did not want to send back again. Steaks were very good but could have used some more seasoning and we still like the ribeye at Outback and Texas Roadhouse better.

We both had mashed potatoes as our side and the mashed potatoes are fabulous here with LOTS of butter on them....YUM!

We also both paid an up charge to upgrade our 2nd side to French Onion Soup. The soup was so delicious and had some bread crumbs or something on top that made it crunchy which I enjoyed. Only issue with the soup really needed more broth.

Glad we gave it another chance as we had an...

THEY RUINED FATHERS DAY DINNER for my husband 😔we ordered the food the waitress was very chatty ,we were my three children my husband and I ,when ordering I pointed with my finger at the menu and she repeated the order to us,she brought the drinks usually they bring the salad first but they didn't bring it I said well it's a busy day it's fine they brought the food , but my husband's order one of my children and mine was wrong I told the waitress and she said we will corrected it right away , I said no problem, after 40 minutes the food never came. My two children finished eating their food and our food didn't arrive. To be honest, I was annoyed with so much waiting, I told the waitress to please bring the bill and Cancel the rest of the food, After 20 minutes, the waitress didn't arrive With the bill,we walked to the exit to ask for the bill I just wanted to get out of there, I told another waitress to call the manager I explained what happened and he didn't even apologize, he didn't give me the bill he didn't care that the customers were not treated well, he just said wait and I had to wait again ,15 minutes later the waitress arrives with the bill charging what we had not eaten I told her here you are charging for something we did not consume, she went to fix it ,again waiting 15 minutes she arrives I give her my card, she takes it ,and again another 15 minutes of waiting, she arrives with my receipt bud only the one for the total not the one with the food we consume I ask for it and I had to wait more time for her to bring my receipt, I was very frustrated at this point but I kept calm and when she arrives with my receipt, she has the nerve to say that she wanted a tip I could not believe it ,I was going to explode but it wasn't worth it, my children were there, it's a shame that they treat customers like this, we visited this place almost every weekend, but no more ,it was a...
