Ordered one Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich and one Baja Bowl(as stated in their menu), it was an App order with an option of Pickup. Now when I went in to Pickup my order I gave my last name and first name the server found my order package and handed over to me to which I politely smiled and Thanked and wished her a good day to which she replied “Yeah okay” so I was like OKAY no problem I am still hungry(thinking to myself) and left the premises. And me and my husband who is a Vegetarian sat down to eat our meal. Now surprise surprise the “Baja Bowl” comes with chicken and the “Baja bowl with Chicken” too comes with Chicken..🤯 So as result my husband’s “Baja bowl” had chicken in it… so he went back to the restaurant and tried explaining the server present there that we had ordered the Veggie option namely “ Baja bowl” but apparently she started arguing with my husband and saying that he made mistake and ordered it with chicken and that my husband was being unreasonable.. he didn’t wanted to escalate the situation and asked for a replacement… Now the best part the server hands down my husband his Baja bowl while exclaiming “ Here’s your Baja bowl with Chicken without chicken” and he was like what now… he just thanked her and left the place… attaching the bill just make sure we’re we wrong 😑. I don’t want to use the “R” word but meh!!… we are for sure never...

Excellent. Not only was the food fresh, quick, and the right temperature, but they provided me with top quality service, just right for the venue. 1* I was acknowledged immediately. 2* Their staff made sure I felt welcomed and respected. 3* The staff anticipated my needs (and offered an add-on for my order, which I didn’t expect) and they anticipated how I would want to be addressed. Very cordial and cheerful “yes, ma’am” and “thank you” kind of service. 4* The staff treated me with the assumption that I was one of their most valued, profitable customers, and as I would assume they would treat all of the company’s most highly valued customers - in other words, I didn’t have to prove myself worthy of good customer service - contrary to the kind of service some restaurants have slidden into giving. Panera charges the same as a sit-down restaurant with a server who takes your order and a manager who comes to your table to ask if everything was alright, but this location of Panera provides better service than some restaurants even without a waitstaff and manager helicoptering. 5* Restroom access in the area is...
