Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Not the one to place negative reviews ever. If I do not have something positive to say then I rather say nothing at all. In this case, this experience really upset me. We ordered pizza for pick up, once we got there we waited in our cars since we got there a bit earlier. One of the girls at the front desk was smoking/vaping. We immediately thought this was a bit odd and we believe for a place who handles people’s meals all around them this is not the best behavior. The girl continues to use this electric vape device, passes it to another employee and this uses it as well, coughing the smoke out of her mouth. I am not judging these girl for what they were doing at all, but I do believe in a closed room where like I said people’s meals are being prepared constantly this kind of behavior is very unsanitary. I wish no bad on anyone, and would never cause a scene, but not everyone is like me and this could turn into a bigger problem. Other then that, no complaints on the food at all! As...

Craving pizza and usually frequent the location in Zephyrhills (Summertree Plaza). Same pizza, can't really get the flavor profile wrong. However, at least the Zephyrhills location looks at the order and more often than not, makes the pizza the way I order it. Light cheese, light sauce, pretty basic. This was an order and pick up at the location.

They were busy (online orders) but had time to grab a quick pic of a co-worker displaying food spilled on the floor and then send it to a fellow employee that happened to miss that shared moment of humor. I should've looked at my pizza before leaving. However, I waited over 30 minutes and wasn't willing to wait any further.

Why do you cut pizza into squares? Back to Zephyrhills and ordering online. I think if there's a ticket in front of them or they're staring at a screen, it has a better chance of being accurate. My bad for stopping in...

Edit: Michael I'm the manager with the Dodge Challenger. I appreciate that you thought we had great customer service, but I do want to address your comment. Clearly you should wash your hands in between any smoke breaks but you say in your own comment that I grabbed the pizza from the oven and boxed it. That process involves me NEVER touching your Pizza with my hands. When it's out of the oven it's put onto paper & that paper is then lifted into the box. I just want you to know I'd never touch any food with unwashed hands, I just wanted to take care of you quickly and not make you wait.
