Man, this McDonald's is always pretty bad, but this virus just gives people an excuse to do worse. Took us like 10 minutes to order and another 20 to get a little bit of food, and the staff were super aggressive about me not standing directly on their little yellow dots. Maybe they were being very safe? No, everyone working there was wearing their masks incorrectly, they were just being bossy for no reason. There were only 3 customers in the store, and the one I was moving "too close to" in order to read the menu (which keeps changing and getting much more expensive) was the person I entered the store with. Also had an employee who I guess was there to sanitize after each guest, but would just lock the door, mop for 20 seconds and then open the door (and grabbing the handles that people actually touched). All of the negatives of pretending to care about the virus, but with none of the benefit.

After placing my oder at 1:20pm I waited and watched a couple of orders in front of mine not be correct. I should have checked my bag. Why should I have to though? I drive 5 miles south home. I sit down and I hear my fiancé say "I guess you'll be the only one eating today because I don't see my mcdouble. I get back in the car and drive back and didn't even get a sorry out of the kid. SAME kid who took my order. That order took 10 minutes to get also. I looked at my watched when my number was called and it was exactly 10 minute wait for you to now have to make two trips to eat lunch. My lunch was cold by the time I was able to sit down. Since there new remodel I feel like the quality of service went down. I used not have so many problems. Plus they love parking everyone in drive thru and then you get forgotten about and receive your food 10 or 15 minutes later...
Read moreI came here to for “fast food” ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my food after attempting the drive through (wasn’t working) then going inside to experience the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I had ordered a creamy chili sauce only to not receive one! So as any young put together man I went to the counter to attempt to ask for one. As I stood there hands in pocket awkwardly waiting I made eye contact with multiple workers even making eye contact with one several time( you know who you are). After 5 five grueling minutes of waiting my social anxiety took over causing me to have a mini panic attack. So I left the counter with out my chili sauce. I know this review won’t be taken serious by a restaurant run by ignorant workers who don’t take their jobs serious I just hope at least one person sees this and improves upon themselves and steps up...
