McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I have been going to this McDonald’s for a long time and I always order the same exact thing. I get a Mcdouble 5 dollar meal with either a large Sprite or a large Dr Pepper and Honey mustard. For my burger, I always get extra cheese on the Mc double no onion, no pickle and extra salt/pepper. Every single time I order they always forget the cheese. I don’t know how they can forget when it says extra cheese on the board and on the paper now I wouldn’t mind but the extra cheese is $.89. Cents. Today I ordered my meal and again they forgot my cheese. Now I never throw a big hissy fit or get mad because I understand and I just ask them to remake it So today, I asked them to remake it and when I got it back, it was the same burger with a piece of cheese just Slapped on it. Now I could’ve just walked away and taken it, but it’s the principle of do your job. I told the manager that I wanted It remade that they just slapped a piece of cheese On it rather than remaking it. I get the burger back again and this time it is smooshed together, coated and salt and pepper To wear, nobody could eat it and mustard and ketchup all over. They did it to be petty, which I did not like very well. I’m a very nice person so again I said this needs to be remade. This is not fair. The manager “tui” came back with a burger and a free fry and told me she watched them make my burger. I believed her and when I got home, I looked at my burger, and I had three pieces of cheese, no extra salt, pickle and onion, and the oldest burger patty they had. Either they need to get new cooks and fire the old ones or have the ones working there get their crap together and do their job. Unfortunately I spent nothing and ate nothing. This location is supposed to be open until 10 PM for Dine In however the last 2 Fridays I arrived at 9:40 PM. The first time as I approached the entrance, a young female employee exited and stood in front of the door and said " no". I thought she was joking but indeed she was serious and locked the door and ran into the parking lot to join her friends. I got on the mobile app and placed and paid for an order. After several minutes, a I knocked on the door and was ignored. Finally, a nother young employee came to the door to tell me they would not make my food and I would have to request a refund through the app. I Ended up walking around the drive thru window to protest and got my order. When visiting the next morning to complain to the manager, she showed little enthusiasm to correct the situation. The second time got there and was in n the middle of ordering and the for was already locked. Again 9:40 PM. When an employee came out to deliver a curbside pickup I addressed the fact that it was only 9:40 and her reply was the bathroom was closed. I told her I d no need to use the bathroom and just wanted food. Again, the bathroom was her reply. I hate to think the fact that I was carrying a back pack and was disheveled was the reason for my refusal but we have a high homeless population in this area and unfortunately, the homeless are ran off from many businesses even though they spend money to eat at McDonald's just like anyone else!! If I would give this McDonald’s a zero if I could the older lady at the first window kept rushing me and kept saying is that it. She ended up rushing me and not listening to me some of the food on the order Was canceled and we didn’t realize it until we got to the second window. When we got to the second window the man already had my drinks out the window so when I pulled up I had to move over make sure that my driver side window didn’t knock the drinks out of his hand and spill all over my car. I then realized that half my order was missing so I had asked for it to be rang up so I can buy it and the manger Brittany said “oh hell no no no no she can go around.” I found that really rude. But you know what I’m already I need to feed my family so we went around to order my food AGAIN and they acted like the fixed it. They gave me some really shaggy fries so I had to go back around and reorder fries which then they did make fresh but never put salt on them. So I left and went back because now I’m really heated. When I got to the first window the other manager with the curly Afro was super sweet and apologized for the other manager Brittany. And then when I asked for salt on my fires they handed me 3 packets of salt. I just looked at them and said if I was coming around don’t you think I would of went home for a damn salt shaker. I ended up getting really upset with them and left. I refuse to go this McDonald’s anymore. If it wasn’t for the manager with the curly Afro I would have asked for a full refund and gone somewhere else...
