McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I wouldn't give this place any stars if that were an option. Ordered BEC Biscuit, 2 Egg McMuffins and. Sausage Biscuit. No changes, nothing special, no drinks. Easy order. The woman in the drive thru Seemed irritated and "drunk" or hungover for lack of better description. Sent us to pull up from drive thru to wait. Waited for 10 mins then some Little guy brought us out a huge bag of food that clearly wasn't ours then proceeded to ask everyone in the parking lot if it was their order. I took the receipt and went in and was ignored at the counter for 3 mins. I asked the drive thru person for our order and she took the receipt out of my hand walked it over to a older man and handed it to him and walked away. Then she proceeded to yell in his direction. They began arguing. She clearly didn't care and he never acknowledged me at all. I waited with no response other than their arguing and 7 mins later I requested my receipt and a refund. Another worker went to find him and he finally appeared and said he needed the card to issue a refund. I had to go back out to obtain the card and he didn't acknowledge me again when I came back. I had to demand a refund to be issued right then. He swiped the card from my hand and then reappeared in approx 4mins and put my card and receipt on the counter and walked away. Not I'm Sorry. No Thank You. Nothing. And he and the woman in the drive thru were still arguing and another young man behind the counter stepped up and tried to explain that they tell him things need to be different and "he don't listen". I asked for his name and if he was thr Manager and he shook his head Yes and said John and walked away. That's it. I wouldn't return here again if my Life...

I wish I read the reviews before stopping by recently. I ordered 1 thing. A small caramel macchiato. I got to the second window and she asked if I ordered a large tea. I said no, a small caramel macchiato. She proceeded to ask me the same question, then I gave her the same answer. Another worker came and asked me the SAME question, like no I didn't order tea?? Then they told me to wait at the #1 slot. We waited almost 20 minutes and no one came. I could've left and went next door to Starbucks lol. I then went inside and said I never received my drink. Once again they asked if I wanted a COMPLETELY different drink after I JUST said a CARAMEL MACCHIATO. I was slowly getting pissed. About 7 people asked me the same question between the drive thru and while I was inside. Its like I made up a whole new menu item. One worker even went to my car (while I was inside) and asked my husband what we were waiting for, he said a CARAMEL MACCHIATO, then the worker left silently he said. In the end, they gave me a large iced coffee, which was nasty by the way lol, and not what I asked for. I've never had such an issue about this drink at any McDonald's EVER. These people are the most unorganized staff I've ever witnessed. No one knew what was going on, many had an attitude, and they're just really clueless. If it wasn't for the fact that this a billion dollar chain restaurant, they'd definitely be out of business. By the way, I went to another McDonald's closer to the interstate entrance, and what do you know! They gave me a caramel macchiato the FIRST time. Save yourself the trouble and drive an additional 10 minutes for the other McDonald's...

I have had maybe 4 good experiences at this location in the last 4 years (and that's being generous.) The only good thing about the first few visits was the manager doing her best to keep this nightmare of a location running. I gave this location (easily) 50 visits before posting any reviews in hopes that they could improve but, alas, here we go...

Easily some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees will stand around talking to eachother in the kitchen or by the front counters before, during, and after rush times while ignoring customers. They do not have any modicum of manners. (You can say "please" and "thank you" all day long and maybe 2/20 will give you a "you're welcome" - kudos to the 2 that were polite.) The tables and store on the inside is never clean or even remotely ready to be eaten in. Tables are always filthy, floors are so sticky it feels like stepping in gum, and I don't even want to imagine how many people (staff included) have coughed/sneezed on countertops or food outside of the incidents I've seen myself. I have gotten wrong orders at LEAST 23/25 of the most recent times I've ordered regardless of ordering in person, on the kiosk, or on the app. I've had everything from "no salt" on fries when the order said "extra salt" all the way to nuggets and a sweet tea when ordering ¼pounder with cheese, large fries, oreo mcflurry, and a Dr pepper. I can't even remember the last time I got the correct food even after the 2nd time of taking it back.

I will never ever recommend anyone go here for anything other than wasting their time and thinning their patience. Stay away if you value your health,...
