Horrible service every time I try! I could go months without stopping here, and get the same level of POOR SERVICE consistently. The best thing about this location is it's convenience to my house. Unfortunately EVERY TIME I go the level of service here sucks! This last time I waited 28 minutes, with only 5 cars ahead of me in the drive-through! Not because they were soooo busy, they were moderately busy, a level of business that is typical for fast food drive-through's on a Thursday evening. ( I managed a VERY BUSY Starbucks, these peeps have no clue what busy looks like)

I should have left, normally I would, but I don't pass anything else going North until Palencia which is then past my house. So I waited. I was given an apology for my wait ( I could tell the guy knew most of the transactions were taking too long) It was 6:42 PM 10/19/17 and while I waited stuck between the pay window & pick up window I was treated to an awesome view of one of the employees standing behind the register line, he was standing further back while he texted & scrolled away on his cell phone.....could this be part of the problem?

A very good friend of mine owns several McDonalds, she would flip out if this was one of hers & she saw this. I do not know who the owner / Corp is of this one, but your crew here needs some serious training in customer service. When I finally made it to the next window and was given my order, I was treated old cold fries, a room temp 1/4 pounder w/ cheese, & Coke instead of DIET Coke, oh and NO RECEIPT ( or I would have done the survey & given my feedback)

There is nothing more frustrating then waiting TOO long for COLD food & a drink I couldn't drink. Yes I know, I could have turned around on US1 & gone back, but I just didn't want to go back and wait...

Brand new place. Remodeled. And the new look is very good looking. The service was good as was the speed and the good tasting food. Hence five stars. EDIT: The people who work there say they are no longer 24/7 even though the internet times haven't changed and people who have written some reviews about that have claimed that the workers were rude to them when they asked about the times and why they changed when online it still says that they are open 24/7. Also, someone who works at the other location near the Walmart says that customers says that place is bad hence why people just getting off of work, going to work or just want a late night snack/late dinner, meal flock to the one near Walmart like an hour or so before closing time which clogs up the lane and makes for a very busy and hectic night for the workers and a slow night for the customers and pisses off the employees and customers alike. Also at the McD's near Walmart they have been short staffed at night for a while now b/c of the pandemic so all the people flocking to that location isn't helping. Apparently nobody wants to work especially w/ the covid government assistance for those who qualify and the fact that supers/landlord are not allowed to evict anyone b/c it's been made illegal durning the pandemic. So free rent until the pandemic is over, so why bother working I guess? SIGHHHH. SMDH. One star now,...
